I have never provided Starbucks a 4 in these two categories. Service and Atmosphere. The Head person there is Amazing at her craft of leadership and genuine in how she knows the customers that walk in. I enjoy the return to this particular Starbucks. Unfortunately, this Manager / Starbucks Leader is departing soon. I believe from observation once she leaves Welcome to the Family will go with her.

I hate leaving poor comments, however, went to this location once on my way to work- ordered a drink with customizations (I usually order this closer to home and they perfect it every time), this location missed the mark. Went again on the same day, order a simple brown sugar shaken espresso and missed again. Way too strong, do not taste anything but espresso. Kinda confused since this is a drink on the menu! I wasted money on 2 venti drinks that I had to throw out, won’t be coming here anymore.
