Very disappointed with the customer service today. The barista was rude, dismissive, and made faces while I was ordering and asking questions about drink options. It made the experience uncomfortable. I hope this location improves staff professionalism.

The baristas here are incredibly friendly. I had a coffee this morning and one barista knew almost every customer by first name. Super cool! Probably the best Starbucks in the South Bay.

Rushed over to this location before closing time. Got there 8:54, door is locked already, girls inside saw me there, didn’t even do a hand gesture. Just head down kept doing her own after work drink. Needed that coffee for my night duty. If the lock door time is 8:54pm just put it on google map instead of 9pm.

I don’t drink coffee but i love their refreshers. My favorite is the strawberry Açaí they have pomegranate and they have mango and others, but I don’t really like any other one, but the strawberry. I love that they’re quick. I love that they always have a smile on their face. They’re very very nice. They talk to you right and if they get the order wrong or you gave the order wrong they’re more than happy to fix it most places do not want to fix nothingso if you’re ever near a Starbucks, they’re everywhere you won’t be disappointed. They’re really good.

I am charging my Tesla. I had to go to bathroom. Person at counter said I had to pay first to use bathroom. She said the CEO made the rule? You shouldn't hire LIARS. I am not sure I can continue to shop or perform services for your company?

I have never provided Starbucks a 4 in these two categories. Service and Atmosphere. The Head person there is Amazing at her craft of leadership and genuine in how she knows the customers that walk in. I enjoy the return to this particular Starbucks. Unfortunately, this Manager / Starbucks Leader is departing soon. I believe from observation once she leaves Welcome to the Family will go with her.
