The service was terrible. I went through the drive-thru and they made my frappé incorrectly. I'm lactose intolerant, and they made it with regular milk. I told them when I got to the window, since they hadn't answered me at the drive-thru speaker. I was in a hurry, and they wanted me to get out of my car and wait for my coffee, even though I was the first in line. The coffee they gave me didn't even have extra caramel; it was just a regular one. I don't know if I'll ever go back there.

Every time I come to this Starbucks, I’m greeted with such kindness. Manny is always so sweet and welcoming, and the rest of the crew is just as amazing. The food and drinks have been great every visit, and even though this Starbucks is small, the atmosphere feels welcoming and pleasant.
Manny is a really cool guy, he recommended a drink to my partner and I, now it’s all we get.

November 26, 1:50pm I felt very disappointed about the young lady from the pick up area and also the person who takes the order because they ignored me for several times when I tried to order, and the sad part was when I explained to the lady from the pick up order and she told me to go to the line again . She was laughing, what kind of employees Starbucks is hiring, rude and sarcastic attitude

I been here many times, and i buy the drinks normally, pinkdrink. And the dragonfruit refreshener, but suddenly it starts to taste worse, and the sweetness fades, i know how it usually tastes and it'll taste more lemonadey, or more almond/coconut milk in the pinkdrink which its suppose to be good sweetness.
And for the drivethrough, sometimes its nice but this one barista was talking in such a snug voice, when we asked nicely for just ice but said you have to order, which ice is free, why cant we just order water without a drink? Its not a necessity.

They are very rude, I was in the phone because I have an emergency and didn’t order in the order place. Then, when I realized that I asked to the people behind me if I could order because I was in the phone, they were very kind, but when I tried to order nobody answered me. Then I drove to the pick up order and I explained to the employee, but she told me to go to the line again 😱 very rude, and I’ve being a gold member since more than 18 years. I’m very disappointed about this issue
No practical seating inside, just 2 tiny tables with 2 seats each.

Extremely bad customer service.i was there to buy a coffee as I am a regular customer of Starbucks. I nicely asked if I could use the restroom first the barista named Rubenha(I may be wrong with the spelling) she was being nasty and asking me to make the purchase first with a long face. I will never comeback to this location again.

Bad service , I bought a coffee n just asking for an xtra lid but they keep ignoring me. Simple things that people ask they shld give some assistance it will not take too much time for them to give.Il Put negative stars . I’m a collector of Starbucks mugs that’s why I love your company but train ur people to be more service oriented or your gona lose customer
