After I told the cashier my order, she yelled out in shock because she’s never heard of my order before even though it was very simple. Then took my card in anger and gave me this look until I walked away.

Latte sucks! Tastes like milk with lukewarm water!

Worst Starbucks I've ever visited. I ordered online and asked for a venti caramel ribbon crunch and got what could best be described as a whipped cream frappe. No caramel whatsoever in my drink but at least the wait wasn't that long. Id recommend the Starbucks right off campus instead of the one inside campus.

Incorrect store hours listed. It was closed just now (1:15 pm Wednesday)

I asked the cashier for a water, and she insisted on charging me 25 cents, which seems incorrect. This is not something I've encountered elsewhere in town, and it appears to go against Starbucks' policy.

Utterly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to, and that includes the one with the overflowing toilet. Immensely slow lines, with people chatting behind the counter. Which would be acceptable, except the coffee is horrible. The brewed coffee was basically brown water- it tasted worse than gas station coffee.Avoid if you possibly can.

Got a flat white but they made cappuccino with foam as fluffy as air. Barely any milky texture.

My friend and I were in line figuring out what we wanted to order and when the register became free, my friend and I were hesitant on who should go first so we stood there for literally 5 seconds when the cashier named Sascha gave us the nastiest expression and moved her arm around questioning us and moved her head in a way that insinuated we were d**** But we were simply standing there for genuinely 5 seconds. My friend and I tried to put ourselves in her shoes to try and understand why she acted like that but I’m not exaggerating when I say we hesitated for 5 seconds. I understand that Starbucks gets busy but there is never a reason to be unnecessarily rude. If you are genuinely so unhappy working at a Starbucks at a university where you interact with primarily college students, then please consider relocating to another location. I get that we all have bad days but that’s not an excuse for the blatant disrespect towards not only my friend and I but also the other customers. I honestly never write reviews but this experience left such a bad taste in my friends’ and I’s mouth, I wouldn’t recommend going to this Starbucks.

Employees feel happy if you order only water after 6pm. Because they don’t have to clean up the equipments, so that they can leave on time. A grande size water is 25 cents, prepare some changes to get a cup of water. Buy a Label Printer can help to speed up the workflow.

Although ambience and coffee is good here, the service hours is pretty much unpredictable. One day you go at 5p on a weekday, they're closed which is something you don't expect from a coffee shop. Also, the orders take a lot more than other Starbucks and they don't write the names or stick them on to the cups creating a bit of confusion.

Vegetarian options: They have lot of vegetarian options when it comes to baked items

This Starbucks doesn’t serve water. The staff said there would be an extra charge for water. That’s no nice.

Nice place to relax and do homework with SJSU friends, but menu items can be sold out by near closing time. Suggest you come earlier to take advantage of the full menu!
