Wishing their coffee are as strong as many Starbucks locations in the area. I usually get 4 to 5 shots in my drink with no milk. In tasting the quality of the shots from this location vs the location on El Camino/Matilda in Sunnyvale or Victoria Park/Landess in San Jose or even the one on Tully rd, their coffee are a lot stronger.

Came in at 5am to study and the funniest thing is that they talk trash on each-other nonstop yikes what a toxic environment, you can hear the cashiers' conversation in-depth.. very interesting tea though

I usually stop by here on Sunday morning before church and it's usually ok and I mean just ok. There's one girl who is super nice. but I stopped by today (Saturday) and they didn't have and venti cups and then I ordered two caramel frappes and then the guy on bar told me they don't have the base so it's going to be really thick so I passed on that. I got several treats but then they said they didn't have bags so I had to grab a grocery bag from Safeway..it was so many inconveniences that I don't wanna have to deal with while having my 2year old hanging on my leg.. also there were 3 workers and the line was long like it was only one person back there. Costumer service could be a lot better and they could be a bit nicer. Also if you are out of cups draws lids or anything else it should be said when the person orders not when your in the process of making my drinks now I have to get back in line to get a refund or reorder. I try to come to Safeway Starbucks to avoid the crowd in the regular Starbucks but they are just as slow

So disappointed in this Starbucks location. This is the one inside the Safeway on Capitol and Tully. They constantly close early. I have experienced it 3 times at a minimum and they will close 3-4 hours early. I have gone to the Corporate Starbucks across the parking lot and they have gotten lots of complaints from folks who were shopping at Safeway and have to go across the street to pick up a Starbucks. Some of the staff is very rude. Most of the Starbucks I go to have such a different attitude. I have called the District Manager and they are looking into the situation. So sad to have to give a negative review but folks have to be informed.

The customer service here is absolutely embarrassing. Over heard a female employee say to another how complicated my order was while trying to purchase. On top of that they made the drinks incorrect. Will not be coming back

I bought the bag from Safeway as it stated "Washed and ready to eat", then I cooked it without washing again. After 2 mins, I saw many Alphid bugs in broccoli; I had to threw the soup away. When I came back to the store with the bag and receipt; the employee told me that the bag was empty, so she would not issue the refund. It was funny that the bag showed words "Money-back guarantee"; and now I had the health concern, nobody cared.

Had a disappointing visit yesterday Sat 11/20 when I visited the deli and noticed the deli worker wearing her mask but euthanasia both mouth and nose exposed and she was making a customer's sandwich. When she was done I politely asked her to pull it up which to her credit she complied after remarking "these things always slip down" though I never saw it up for the ten minutes I was waiting. Can someone say "health violation ?" I mean come on you're working with food!

Today I went to safeway and I had a chasier her name was Cylvia Rodriguez I experienced Rasicm because of the color of my skin telling me to go to another cashier and their was nobody their and than they sent me back to her because I need to pay and than she told me to stay " 10 feet " away from. Her so I talked to the manager and I told him. How can I pay 10 feet away if I need to put in my credit card . She started spraying lysol on top of my products and all over the cashier screen.Everybody is nice at that store expect For CYLVIA RODRIGUEZ. This happened at 9:58 in the morning.

I didn't catch their names, but thank you sooooo much to the 2 people who helped get a cake for me even though it was late. It's my brother's bday, but it's been a crazy day/week, so I wasn't able to pre-order a cake for him. Super last minute dropped in for a cake. Exception customer service!!!!

This review is solely for Kristen (apologies if I'm spelling the name wrong). I came in to buy some things late night on 4th of July around 11pm and she was the only one working the register with a long line ahead of her and she was greeting and talking to everyone with a smile. I just wanted to give a shout outs to her and I hope someone higher up reads this and lets her know she was doing a great job with what she had. Just wanted to add this is my first ever review I've written even though I made this account years ago.

This review is for the Starbucks inside this Safeway. I placed my order and that went fine. I had to wait much longer than usual as the guy ringing was apparently making errors. They were redoing a bunch of blended drinks. That would have been fine too, however, I want to call attention to two things: 1) while waiting I noticed him taking off his hat and wiping his forehead and hair with his hands and 2) when I asked the others when my order might be ready, this guy was condescending telling me it was right there. He then said something like I needed to pay attention. I go to Starbucks everyday. I ought to have gone to a different branch. The rating is based on that individual (normal weight, dark hair, taking orders).

I would give this store 5 stars based on the customer service I received from Renee today over at the register by the alcohol but 4 stars for the often hectic parking depending on time of day or day of week. I know that has nothing to do with the store but it's still something worth noting in the grand scheme of things. Anyway, I really wanted to take the survey Renee mentioned to at least give feedback on my customer experience but based on the link in the website it looks like it's not working so I just wanted to come on here and shout her out :) Thanks for helping me quickly place my items down as I didn't grab a cart and for quickly giving me sanitizer to clean off the chicken juice that came out of its packaging as well as giving me a separate bag for it right away. Yuck lol
