Today I came here at 3:15 to buy 10 gift cards to give to 10 teachers of my children. But when paying the staff said your service is taking too long, can I be the next person, then I will come back to serve you. Why do I have to wait in line for my turn and not finish it for me. I bought the gift card which is also a customer service, why am I being discriminated against like this?

Walk in and order a drip coffee, black. The barista asks for my name, which I think is weird. The barista starts working on other orders and I ask… can I get my coffee? And she says that I have to wait in line (there’s no line). I say “what’s the wait on a refund then?” The barista turns arou d without a word, spends a minute fiddling with the register, and then hands me cash back (from a credit card order). Meanwhile THE DRIP COFFEE AND CUP THAT I HAD PAID FOR WERE RIGHT BEHIND HER. I don’t know what the baristas problem was but I have never had such rude service in my life. I will never return and am going to file a complaint with corporate Starbucks
All the baristas are supper nice and I used to come here often. I’ve stopped because of barista Jess. Every time she’s working she always finds a costumer to pick a small fight with and it just doesn’t feel good to witness all the micro aggressions every morning. Would’ve given 5 stars otherwise.

Coffee is the only thing I get from Starbucks. And the coffee is so good. You can tell by the thickness of the taste. Very good coffee for a chain coffee place.
