DON’T COME HERE! I had planned to make a purchase and I let the lady know that I need to use the restroom. She told me with an attitude that I needed to make the purchase first in order to use the restroom so then I had to explain how I have a medical condition.

I shouldn’t have to express my disability in order to use the restroom. Absolutely unacceptable!

It is really embarrassing and I felt humiliated. Absolutely horrendous customer service . I won’t come here again. At this point it seems like Starbucks should be out of business. Their service keeps getting worse. Not just at this location.

If you are using the drive-through, you need to drive all the way around the dumpsters and around panda express. Do not turn in there. There is a blockade. And you will be stuck. They do not have any signs or instructions about this.

Batista Keke has a bad attitude. She obviously does not like her job. Not a good representation of the brand.

Some locations are a gamble but here it's consistent. Good service and the manager is very helpful and works quickly to resolve issues. My go to is in the pic.

I was not served due to a partner who is diabetic and 72 years old being a little loud but under control until he (the cashier) decided he wasn’t going to serve me due to his perception that he would be punishing her . I said nothing the whole time and was denied service. I could cite the AMD act to prevent such treatment for a senior of 74 years old. A native of California, Mexican American and employed by several major banks in all of California as a manager and Lead Mortgage Underwriter. 47 plus years career of customer service . I have always been a patient and professional customer care person. Education of the counter people is imperative for success. Trying to listen to people instead of just showing a person how they can deny them service is not acceptable especially in Silicon Valley which requires accepting our diversity and inclusion of seniors population.

I wanted to give it 3 stars....since my bf said his frappuccino tasted like milkshake ( but it was better than the starbucks at target). We used up my bf's giftcard. I gave it 4 stars because my latte (hot) was nice tasting. It had expresso taste and mix with milk...delicate but perfectly steamed milk. I added 2 sugar packets. I should have only added one sugar packet because the expresso taste was so good you dont need too much sugar. Im normally not a big coffee drinker but we were trying to use up bf's gift card while shopping at bass pro (fishing). I still think McDonalds coffee is better ( or at least cheaper). But I do appreciate a well made latte whether hot or cold.

Starbucks went down hill, they use lower quality coffee beans due to volume, and their coffee taste very acidic and watery..try peets coffee lattes than compare to the acidic watery lattes from Starbucks...its night and day..plus Starbucks also uses cheap milk their steam milk is always wattery...go to Peets coffee instead

Dear Starbucks,

I hope this message finds you well. Today, I visited your Almaden & Cherry Rd location and ordered a Venti Hot Matcha Green Tea Latte, expecting a warm, delicious drink that would fill my heart with joy and energy. However, what I received was a cup that was only filled to about 70% and, to my surprise, was not hot at all. I even began to question whether I had been scammed!

At first, I thought maybe I had accidentally walked into the wrong store. Was I at Starbucks or did I wander into some "miniature Starbucks" franchise? I half-expected to find myself standing in front of a vending machine that dispenses iced drinks, with "hot" being a misleading term for something that barely rises above room temperature! To make matters worse, this "tea" left me wondering if I had been part of some sort of avant-garde beverage art piece rather than receiving my usual order.

Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I was unable to return to the store to address this issue immediately, so I’m writing this letter to ask for some clarification. Was this some new product test or did I truly experience a scam? I simply want to know if this is what a "Venti" is supposed to look like, or if I was unknowingly given a "special" version by a barista who was perhaps a little too creative that day.

I kindly ask for an explanation and hope that my next visit will be met with the steaming, fragrant Hot Matcha Green Tea Latte I had been looking forward to, instead of a cup that left me with more questions than satisfaction.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your response.

Sincerely,
A Loyalty customer once.

Basic mistakes to order communication and the competition with drive-thru services adds layers of confusion 😕 to the experience. The staff is friendly though challenged to keep up with demand. Plus, cortado is beyond their knowledge base.

So sad to see what the third place has become or should I say non-existent. What once used to be a coffee shop based out of Seattle has now turned to a mega corporation focused on sales at the expense of its workers who are just numbers. So sad to walk in to no greeting, frowns from baristas, a sense of overwhelming anxiety, and the radiant toxicity present in the air. This store is almost ALWAYS dirty. From the outside trashcan, bathrooms being empty, tables being disheveled, flies in the pastry case (which customers get their food from btw), and the floors littered in debris. Not to mention that the drive thru has 0 cones, confusing signage, litter, and when you get to the ordering box, you are rushed to order within 30 seconds or less, how bizarre! The food is beyond subpar, the customers are awful, the coffee is always burnt and low-quality, the standards are fully gone, just fully sugar, money, and copying other brands and failing spectacularly to follow suit. Quick shout to the following amazing baristas this store has had:, Gina, Kylie, Antonio, Summer, Doonia, Alex, Keke, Jaz, Vanessa A., Vanessa H., Liliana, Katherine, and Lauren. As for the supervisors, Stephanny and Jenny are the only ones who truly kept their cool and cared for the team. The rest of the team, including management (Matt, Ann, Kelsey, Marquesas) are creating an unbearable toxic work environment ensuring baristas don’t speak their mind, leverage their position of power, follow one another blindly, and constantly yell at baristas in eye and ear shot of customers. Awful company and truly awful store ran by poor management at the store and district level….. YIKES.

Parking: Shares the lot with Bass Pro Shop, drivers are reckless, constant honking

Wheelchair accessibility: Only ADA tool is a ramp on the side of the store, no automatic doors, narrow doorways, busy and dangerous parking lot.
