I’m a regular here since it opened but recently have been coming more frequently this year like weekly to every few days and none of the baristas acknowledge me or are friendly. I’ve had more rude/bad & unlucky encounters than positive, sucks because this is 2 mins away from where I live but sometimes I drive further out for better customer service. Also depending on who’s on bar my drink is always made different yet I always order the same thing.

I came to buy a coffee & cookie cashier with short curly hair had a horrible attitude , didn’t want to give me my change or what I ordered & she still got mad because I asked for my change & stuff , shouldn’t be treating customers like that especially with a ugly attitude.

The workers here are NOT friendly at all. They dont great customers walking in. Take too long to acknowledge the customers standing in line and when they do, absolutely no communication. Even after im done placing my order there is no confirming my order or telling me how much. Im expected to pay in silence and leave. It really shows that the morale of this location is not good.
Already closed and it’s 9:52. Google says it’s closed at 10:30.

For my Drive thru order experience Long very long and slow line Someone took my order and waited some more When i got to the window to pay and pick up my drinks, the girl there, was doing something with the computer, did not greet me window close and i can see my drinks thru the window waiting… 😓 Why make me wait at the window when my drinks are ready!???? When i got my drinks ice was very melted drinks sweaty and foam gone.

Starbucks had an awesome experience with the staff this morning especially thanks to our barista Rosa, who made our visit a welcoming one. She noticed our order was for here and went the extra mile by serving our hot Americanos and tasty bagels with cream cheese right at our table. Such thoughtful service made our morning even better.
