We ordered a non caffeinated frappuccino drink. We got caffeinated one. We asked the drink not cold or less ice and the person at the front desk made the drink full of ice. The person at the front desk was rude in her attitude towards taking our order. It felt like she was not at all interested in taking the order. Will not go back to this Starbucks.

Starbucks drinks are pretty good. Service at this location is poor. They already closed at 2:30pm, and the person was rude in answering simple questions.

There was an absolutely insufferable, attitude-ridden employee at this Starbucks who clearly woke up and chose hostility. I asked—very politely, I might add—for a simple puppuccino. I even said please! But instead of just doing her job, she glared at me like I had personally ruined her day and snapped that she had no idea what I was talking about.
I had done nothing—literally nothing—to offend her. I was just a normal, polite customer stopping by after shopping, hoping to grab a small treat for my dog. Instead, I got stuck in an absurd showdown with this employee, who acted like I had asked for something outrageous. I calmly explained—twice!—that a puppuccino is a dog treat. And yet, she continued to glare at me like I had three heads and kept angrily insisting that they don’t serve it here. Which is a lie—because last time, the much kinder employees had no problem giving me one.
This one rude, unpleasant employee single-handedly ruined my entire experience. She shattered the otherwise cozy and welcoming vibe of this Starbucks with her awful attitude and refusal to do the bare minimum of her job. She didn’t even serve my order—because she was too busy being unnecessarily rude! Thanks to her, the service here is trash. If she weren’t around, this place would easily be four or five stars. But no, she dragged it down to one. Do better, Starbucks.
