I've been in the food service industry since 1993. One of the many things that seem to hold true is when you walk into a place with a consistently disgusting bathroom, you find that not much else is actually cleaned. Over an extended period of time the bathroom and dining area seem neglected. You mention something and no one is quick to help or even seem concerned. The soap dispenser has been empty for 3 days, the toilet gross, the sink looks like it's been years since a sponge or cleaner have touched it. The walls have a white scum all over them. The tables are never clean. The service is ok, the drinks are drinks, but the condition of their public areas makes me wonder what the I side of their ice machine looks like (how much mold) every time I take a sip. I'm going to provide pictures, you can see yourself.Day number 4, still no soap in bathroom, now a roll of toilet paper I'd being kicked around on the floor, and nothing is cleaner than it was yesterday.

This starbucks has the worst service from all other locations we have been to. We placed a mobile order of two drinks, and asked to get puppuccino for our dogs when we retrieved the order. It took only 10 seconds to fill two cups of puppuccino, but the barista asked us to get back to the order line to get them, and she insisted it. Fine, no biggie, we went to wait in the line for it. 10 minutes later, it was our turn, but the cashier told us they were already out of cream, so no puppuccino for us!!! We were like why they still told us to wait in line when there’s no cream already? They said nothing, they didn’t want to respond to us, not even an apology for wasting our time. Alright, huge disappointment for this kind of service. We will l not visit this location anymore.

The most dirtiest and disgusting Starbucks I have been to. The staff here are extremely rude. I ordered coffee and I wanted to get water, they told me to stand in line even though I already did. They messed up my orders couple of times as well. Every time I complained, they just said sorry. No refund, no fix. This place should close down ASAP or change its staff

Wtf is this in my cup??!!!?! Oh I'm livid!!! I've been driving so I didn't even notice until I was half done with my drink. Did they give me a dirty lid or what?!? Eewwwww so gross do better please.

Really unfortunate experience. Went here twice over our weekend stay at the Row. No greeting either time. Stood at the register while several baristas talked amongst themselves BOTH times. The store was dirty with dried and sticky coffee spills on the counter. Although there were plenty of available tables each one was filthy with crumbs and dirty napkins lay everywhere and overflowing from the trash bins. We were charged for 3 breakfasts (we are only 2 and ordered two different breakfast items). The coffee drinks were bitter. We thought the first visit was a fluke but the second morning visit was worse. Going back to our hotel to get coffee there.

Worst starbucks ever. It took me 15 minutes to get my food item from my mobile order. I quite literally had to ask them to start doing their jobs and get off their phones. I would include names but no one was in dress code, wearing an apron, or name tag. Do better.

My drink was fantastic, the customer service was great but the amount of people who come in here for free water is ridiculous. It slows everything down. Almost every other order were for free cups of water. One star off for this.

I ordered via the app & it took 15 minutes to get it. My chocolate croissant was cold & iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso was bland.Restroom & entire store are very clean. Lots of chairs outside too.
