This place sucks you can’t sit down. There’s plenty of space in the restaurant, but they won’t leave out any chairs. Is the coffee good? Maybe, but I won’t know because I sit down when I buy

I appreciate this place, especially the location and friendliness of the staff. However I do wish they would bring back the indoor seating because I miss it. Good for on the go though!

Not even a 1 star, the worker with red hair and braces is rude ,she always stairs at me and rolls her eyes like a twelve year old. If she's doing that to me she's doing to others. She needs to be fired. Very unprofessional habit.

This is the best Starbucks I have went too by far. All the workers here have excellent customer service and everyone here is always friendly!

Now I know why this Starbucks has 2.5 stars. The staff has been rude to me every time I have come in. I come in with a smile because I'm excited to get my coffee, and I live right above it, but every time I go to this one the staff looks at me like I'm an annoyance to them. They also give attitude to me. Every single time. To be more specific, one time I came in, ordered, and walked out to take a call. When I walked back in, there was a guy behind the pickup counter that asked if I mobile ordered. I said no. Before I could even tell him I already ordered me yelled "you have to order over there!" Pointing at the cashier. I stated I already ordered. He said "so you mobile ordered??, I responded no. He again yelled I have to order at the register. I said I already ordered. He started to yell a third time, so I yelled back "my coffee is right there! I already ordered then stepped out! May I please have my coffee so I can leave!? Thank you!!!!" And he finally handed me my coffee and rolled his eyes. That didn't start my day off great.Today was my last straw. I walked in ti pick up my mobile order, and the girl behind the counter clearly looked unhappy but was faking a smile. I noticed too much room in my almost $8 cup of coffee. Not her fault, the foam went down. I politely asked if she could please add extra oatmilk to fill the cup. She ignored me for a second and went about making some other drink. I asked again and she asked me to take the lid off. I don't know how to take these lids off. You guys make them hard to take off, so I told her I don't know how, she asked me again, so I said "I haven't touched the cup, I've never had luck taking them off, may you please help me out" this was clearly annoying to her, she took it off, filledIt, put the lid back on. I said thank you, if you don't mind I'd love some help knowing how to take these lids off as I can't seem to. I tried in front of the staff, couldn't do it. So a guy came out from around the corner and showed me. I made a comment about the girl giving me attitude and ignoring my questions. I didn't deserve that treatment. But maybe she is going through something. But for all the staff here to always be going through something? I'm hoping this review gets looked at by their management and that they can train their staff to treat their customers a little friendlier. It really ruins peoples days when they go to get their favorite coffee and get greeted with attitudes every single time, and like we are a nuisance. Needless to say I won't be going back to this one anymore. Terrible attitudes from the staff. Be happy!!! You're alive! You get to make great coffees!! Isn't Starbucks supposed to be a happy stop for people? I literally drive ten minutes away sometimes to go to another one to avoid having to deal with the staff at this one. For all of you reading this, I'll leave reviews for the Starbucks with the best service and attitudes shortly, so you don't waste your day getting greeted horribly after spending almost $8 on a coffee.

found a curly ass strand of hair IN MY DRINK.. and i know damn well its not mine cuz i just straightened my hair this morning. maybe this store should invest in some nice HAIRNETS for bitches who cant LEAVE THEIR HAIR ON THEIR HEAD. thx

there's a girl name Claudia that works at this location, very rude and unprofessional. didn't let me use the restroom and had a very bad attitude...unacceptable

Came here to grab a quick coffee and use the restroom. Ordered a drink for a friend and the cashier didn't seem to understand what I wanted. I ended up with the wrong drink for my friend. Half the store is taped off with an empty area where there should have been seating. To top it off, they won't even let their customers use the bathroom. I didn't think I was at the Starbucks in San Francisco. I'd happily drive 10 more minutes to find a better location.

I order through mobile app I have to wait 15 mins for my drink and they all other customers that were in the line and I’m still waiting cmon I was getting late to work and I ask the lady if she can give me the refund she said can’t do anything cuz I order online and I’m waiting still prepare my coffee this is ridiculous you guys made me to wait and help other customers besides me very poor customer service hopefully owner see this never coming back here you always paid for xtra syrup or something and never tasted the same
