The store hour may be wrong. I was here at 6:15am on Saturday morning, but it was closed. So maybe the hour is 7am onward.

Great barristas... Simply a delight to come here and have them greet you by name as you come in. Give me some lounge chairs back!

Super fast but VERY unfriendly. I was the only person in at the moment. Tried to ask if I had the correct name for the drink which the lady ignored and rang up the order and started working on it. It was so rude I was taken aback and decided maybe she’s having a bad day. I then took the gamble and thankfully it was the right drink but then when I said thank you twice to the -other- employee she said nothing and walked away as well. Very poor unfriendly service but drink was good. Not sure the two ladies names working at noon on the 21st of Jan but hope their day gets better, did not make my day any better.

Food not bad but the ladies are rude. Unless you don't order something, they will kick you out. One of my loved ones was ordering for me via the mobile app. And the ladies are not patient enough to wait for the order. I recommend Zanker as they have better service there and more friendly

This small Starbucks near River Oaks parkway in North San Jose has a small seating area both inside and outside. The store is well lit. The service is speedy and the staff are friendly. It is a good place to grab a drink or a snacks and work on something. There are tables for that. Parking is available in the parking lot adjacent to it. Recommended.

This is one of the times that you remember Starbucks is about franchises and not all of them are nice.
The lady was so... not even sure which world, she seemed sad and helpless... not a good day to start the day for sure.

NOT a good experience here. Strongly suggest going to Zanker store instead.My wife and I made a mobile order this noon. When we arrived at store after 20 minutes, our order was not ready. We thought that's fine because lots of people here during lunch time. 10 mins later, we don't feel right so we asked the barista for our order. Two of them checked our receipt and told us to wait. We waited and waited and waited and waited till most of the customers in the store were gone (including those just made orders on the counter after we got here). And, (perhaps) someone realized that I was still standing there for a long while. Finally, they started to make our order.I asked them what's wrong with the order. They just answered they didn't get the order tag from their machine and it's busy during lunch time. I don't know why they choose to skip our order and let us wait until they finished most of the orders, including those who ordered after us. And even worse, we didn't get any sorry for that. To us, it's just like saying "go to blame the machine, not our fault"...
