NOT a good experience here. Strongly suggest going to Zanker store instead.My wife and I made a mobile order this noon. When we arrived at store after 20 minutes, our order was not ready. We thought that's fine because lots of people here during lunch time. 10 mins later, we don't feel right so we asked the barista for our order. Two of them checked our receipt and told us to wait. We waited and waited and waited and waited till most of the customers in the store were gone (including those just made orders on the counter after we got here). And, (perhaps) someone realized that I was still standing there for a long while. Finally, they started to make our order.I asked them what's wrong with the order. They just answered they didn't get the order tag from their machine and it's busy during lunch time. I don't know why they choose to skip our order and let us wait until they finished most of the orders, including those who ordered after us. And even worse, we didn't get any sorry for that. To us, it's just like saying "go to blame the machine, not our fault"...

This Starbucks consistently botches my orders - my soy-based coffee arrives with regular milk, and the temperature preference is ignored. The staff seems indifferent, bordering on rude, and the wait times are excessive. To top it off, they expect a tip for subpar service. Sorry, but I won't tip for a $5 coffee when the service lacks attention to detail and basic courtesy. Improve your game, Starbucks.

Was planning to order a croissant on mobile order but was showing out of stock, but when i went inside they seemed to have lot many in stock. When asked about it, the barista gave a disgusting look and says they mark it out of stock because they prioritize people who order in store.Made it easy for me to not order from here anymore.

Today I ordered Gr Pike Place Breve. I asked to add cream. I was charged $3.95 instead of $3.25. Asked why. I was told it was due to adding cream. Asked to not add cream but not allowed to change.
Apologize for being an inconvenience to ask for an over priced rude passing of a drink. Also must mention the part ignoring people is very rude even a child knows not to do thatBeen coming here sporadically over the past two years. Never wanted to mention the negative attitudes I've received from people until today.Was treating myself to a Starbucks, since I decided to hold back from drinking these overpriced beverages now even more of a reason to do so

Located at a very convenient place for someone who loves coffee. This place is not huge and doesn't hold a lot of people, however, there are good outdoor space available to enjoy your coffee. The barista lady was sweet and my cold coffee tasted great. There is plenty of parking space as well.Parking: Plenty of parking available.

Went there this morning to get my usual coffee and something to eat, but they were closed. This was at 7:15 am, which is the time I usually go there. I just tried calling their phone number, but it didn't connect me. There was a really fast busy signal, as if the number is disconnected. What's up, Starbucks?!!
