I always go to this store as we live closeby. I always love to bring my kids in this store, and have them order their food.
Yesterday, I went with my 3 yr old son (his bday) coz he wants a cake pop. I let him call the barista so she knows we're ready to order. My son said excuse me like 5 times, said hello like 3 times to get her attention coz she's talking with her coworker. She finally came up to us, my son ordered cakepops, I ordered 2 java chips and 1 mocha frappe.
The baristas before were soooo nice, very friendly, welcoming but yesterday was the opposite.
Btw, always sip a bit of your drinks before you leave the store coz yesterday I guess the barista who made the mocha frappe forgot to put in sugar syrup. I just found it today as my husband didn't drink his mocha frappe yesterday. Coz what if you just stopped by to get some drinks and you already left then found out something is wrong with your order. And also, they do not offer Java Chip anymore, so you gotta pay additional for the chips. The barista didn't even inform me about it, found out today when I checked the receipt online. I called in to let them know about my concerns, they offered to remake the mocha frappe. The barista who made our drinks was the one who took our order. Maybe she had a bad day.
But then, I just wish the baristas will be more friendly and welcoming and inform the customer if a menu is no longer available so we have the option to change our order.

I’ve been trying to go to this Starbucks for coffee before work. But every time I order coffee for me and my co worker it’s horrible. It’s tastes bitter and just disgusting. I recently moved over here and had to switch Starbucks. But the one on El Camino never tastes as bad as the ones I get here. Be careful when ordering lattes or macchiatos. We always have to pour half of our drink out cause we just can’t stand the taste.

I recently visited a Starbucks, and while the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, I had an unpleasant experience. When I asked to use the restroom, I was told it was for customers only. When I explained that I was a customer, the staff questioned me about what I had ordered. This was quite uncomfortable. Later, the employee apologized, saying that his boss was present, and he had to ask.
It was disappointing to be treated with suspicion in a place where I expected good service. I hope Starbucks trains their staff to handle such situations more professionally.

I used to go to this Starbucks because it's close to my work. My drink is a Cafe Vanilla Frappuccino with an add shot. 1st time there they got my drink wrong. 2nd and 3rd time they made my drink wrong. On top of that the workers were rude to me. So today about 3 months later I thought surely I won't have an issue with my drink. Sure enough I order my drink and the dude at the cash register says a vanilla bean Frappuccino with an add shot and I say no I want a Cafe Vanilla frappe because that means I get the Frappuccino coffee and the add shot. Do you know that my drink was made WRONG AGAIN‼️ Even after I told the cashier I wanted the Frappuccino coffee too I still received a Vanilla bean Frappuccino with an add shot and no Frappuccino coffee. Unbelievable‼️ The staff at Starbucks this time around were very kind so there's that. I won't be returning to this Starbucks.

It's a nice place to have coffee, chitchat with friends in the open, work from there while having coffee/snacks. I enjoyed sitting there in a pollution free environment till the order was ready.

Ordered a drink, 5 minutes later found there is a crack on the cup and drink leaks everywhere. Retuned the drink and got a refund. Now a good time to clean my car. Perform some quality control on your plastic cups please.
