Ordered a drink, 5 minutes later found there is a crack on the cup and drink leaks everywhere. Retuned the drink and got a refund. Now a good time to clean my car. Perform some quality control on your plastic cups please.

I ordered Dippio iced expresso with splash of oat milk and no ice in a venti cup, and they just gave me an almost empty cup, only 1/4 filled with what I ordered for… this is so unbelievable… I asked if I can pay for extra oat milk to fill my cup, they said yes, but as they will make a new cup of coffee, I need to make a new order, so basically I need to pay 2x of the money to get what I ordered properly ? will never visit here again

Apparently a new policy was placed that no dogs were allowed in the store where previously they were able to come inside quickly with their owner . I was unaware of the change and the partner was completely rude about it . There are no signs indicating this change so how are we supposed to know ? The unprofessionalism displayed by the partners were completely uncalled for . Starbucks , please train your employees how to communicate in a more professional friendly manner also please ask that they reference dogs as animals and not pets as plenty of people in this community have registered ESAs. Thank you for taking the time to read my concern .

I placed a mobile order and by the time I got there, about 5 mins, it was ready for me on the counter.Because they were so efficient, I didn’t stick around too long.I did notice the inside was very spacious and everything looked very clean.They also had a good sized outdoor patio where folks were enjoying drinks with their families.I didn’t have any trouble finding 1hr street parking in front of the store. If you have to park down the block, you may enjoy a nice walk through the park.
