I walked into the store at 2 pm and their female barista looked like she was annoyed to be taking my order. She looked like she didn't really want to work there. I asked for strawberry acai refresher and she asked with or without lemonade. I said im getting it for a friend and what is the default drink supposed to have? She said it has no lemonade. So I said ok. When I gave the drink to my friend she asked what happened to the lemonade. I went on the starbucks app and saw the default preparation actually comes with lemonade. So the barista purposefully gave ne the wrong information which resulted in the drink not being done correctly or she did not know how to make it. Either way im unhappy with their service.

Servers there at the shift of 5/23/24 12:30pm were rude and unprofessional. I been order the exactly same drink at this store for 3 times. This is the first time that server gave me half cup of coffee and stated that she can only give me more ice to fill the cup. What’s the point for me to order a venti size drink for only half cup of coffee.

Timing is very inconvenient for me. Never open when I need coffee which is 8:30-9pm. I wish Starbucks were 24 hours

New drinks to try all the time! Staff super friendly and FAST! PLENTY of seating inside and outside. Handicap friendly. There is little limited parking in front but plenty on the side.

Wheelchair accessibility: Multiple handicap with wheelchair space right in front. Well maintained ramps and smooth surfaces for easy access. Heavy glass double doors so wheelchair might have a slight issue but not that bad.

It's Starbucks Coffee. It's consistent. Service at this store is exceptional. Staff is very courteous and friendly.
