Servers there at the shift of 5/23/24 12:30pm were rude and unprofessional. I been order the exactly same drink at this store for 3 times. This is the first time that server gave me half cup of coffee and stated that she can only give me more ice to fill the cup. What’s the point for me to order a venti size drink for only half cup of coffee.

Timing is very inconvenient for me. Never open when I need coffee which is 8:30-9pm. I wish Starbucks were 24 hours
New drinks to try all the time! Staff super friendly and FAST! PLENTY of seating inside and outside. Handicap friendly. There is little limited parking in front but plenty on the side.
Wheelchair accessibility: Multiple handicap with wheelchair space right in front. Well maintained ramps and smooth surfaces for easy access. Heavy glass double doors so wheelchair might have a slight issue but not that bad.

The worst Starbucks In town, I have to get a gift card credit 3 times. since I’ve stayed nearby they were the closest one to me, this is not a busy location, 5 associates working in the morning with 0 mobile order on the counter I waited 15 minutes and when asked about my drink they have not even started it, happened on repeat, Santa Clara square is 3 times as busy with same staff in the morning waited less than 5 minutes.
