Ex-employee here. I just want people to know that baristas and the manager here really care about you (customers). When there is new drink or brew coming out, we all do tasting together and discuss what food go well with it. In case you have questions and we will be able to answer! All and all very nice and safe place to work at. I miss them a lot!
What a wonderful staff you had on today, I'm awful with names but the gentleman that took my order today was super kind and polite. Both of my drinks came out amazing (iced chai and green tea latte) and will definitely come back to THIS location when I’m in Santa Clara from now on.

Wheelchair accessibility: Multiple handicap with wheelchair space right in front. Well maintained ramps and smooth surfaces for easy access. Heavy glass double doors so wheelchair might have a slight issue but not that bad.
