Over 15 minutes to get a nitro cold brew when my wife's elaborate coffee drink took 2 minutes! Nothing but ridiculous excuses from them when I asked how she was able to finish her hot drink before he poured a cold drink in a cup!

Bad experience. Not a friendly customer service.

Ordered food and drink ahead by app then asking for a cup of water when I went to pick up. Staff asked me I need to line up in cashier and order there. I mentioned I couldn’t order the water in app that’s why I requested now. And I’m in a hurry.

“No! You can to ask and order in cashier.”

What a long line…

So what’s the reason behind ordering ahead?

Very frustrating experience. I first ordered from New Arrival and asked if it could be made decaf but the cashier said they couldn’t do that. Then I asked what kind of decaf can you make and he said espresso or americano. Okay so I ordered an espresso.

And this is what I got (a regular espresso not decaf😂). I only noticed it after I got home. Very smart guy.👍🏻

Give your customers the ability to get a straw for their drink without having to wait for the girl to notice them and hand them a straw. I reached over to get a straw and she noticed me and scolded me but didn't seem to see me when I was just standing there waiting. .Your drinks are expensive, give us a straw and napkins! Jeez

No where to plug in my lap top. My tea was served with no cup the put my tea bags in. Just a single cup and nobody called out my name so over seeping. Very limited ability to utilize my laptop and I called out to the worker twice for a cup and they didn't respond. Rip my tea and laptop.

They get a 0% of new policy changes that destroyed go to the bathroom and then buy a drink they will not allow it there you'd have to buy drink first even if it is an emergency to go to the bathroom even if you wanted coffee so end up going next door to the gas station grabbing coffee going to the bathroom and grabbing snacks and grabbing food oh their policies doing is destroying their ability for people who work on the road to do a quick stop then start thinking about what they want to eat if you travel for business I would not suggest Starbucks anymore for convenience besides that most small mom and pop stores whoop their asses on good coffee and drinks
