No where to plug in my lap top. My tea was served with no cup the put my tea bags in. Just a single cup and nobody called out my name so over seeping. Very limited ability to utilize my laptop and I called out to the worker twice for a cup and they didn't respond. Rip my tea and laptop.

They get a 0% of new policy changes that destroyed go to the bathroom and then buy a drink they will not allow it there you'd have to buy drink first even if it is an emergency to go to the bathroom even if you wanted coffee so end up going next door to the gas station grabbing coffee going to the bathroom and grabbing snacks and grabbing food oh their policies doing is destroying their ability for people who work on the road to do a quick stop then start thinking about what they want to eat if you travel for business I would not suggest Starbucks anymore for convenience besides that most small mom and pop stores whoop their asses on good coffee and drinks

Place is always clean, and the ambience is superb. Everything moves in a fast pace.
Had an amazing experience here except for the very rude employee by the name of Tiana. I was in the bathroom and had run out of toilet paper, when I walked back out into the main lobby to ask for some help, she then proceeded to yell at me many times saying “Pull your pants up!” which startled me as I’ve never been yelled at by a black woman before. I ended up defocating all over the main lobby floor and was then told to leave as now they had to clean up my mess, only because THEY didn’t restock the toilet paper.

The black lady here seems racist towards whites. Smiled at everyone but me and when she caught herself accidentally smiling at a white person she turned her head and stared at the ground while still smiling to avoid smiling at me. I've heard of the "white people bad" thing before but never experienced it first hand.

This Starbucks is conveniently located on our way to work. Mornings can be busy, but the staff quickly handles orders. We often use the app to save time, and they add cute stickers to our drinks that brighten our day. The interior is nice, and the service is excellent with friendly staff. We love coming here.

Honestly it’s the worst Starbucks in San Jose
