The only reason I give it a one I normally frequent a lot. I’m not coffee person. My husband is and normally I buy something here for him I asked a girl can I purchase a cup of water? I’m not expecting for nothing for free and the Girl said oh I can’t charge you for water and she was nice enough just to give it to me even if you told me two dollars charge me for a cookie to give me a water that’s fine Well, The girl who is making the drinks normally every time I come here I always tip every and she always helps me every time I come she was always really pleasant. What bothered me the most is as she went out her way spoke to the girl that gave me the free water and obviously you can tell she was telling her that you can’t give free water and had an issue with it. Instead of trying to embarrass a customer who was willing to pay for something and make it seem like it’s an issue you could’ve waited till I left. literally you do not own Starbucks you’re getting paid minimum wage and you’re sitting here like upset about her, giving me a free water if she wanted me to pay for it like I asked her I would then she should’ve done so On top of that, obviously they’re not training Properly for customer service because if you’re sitting there being Speaking about something in front of a client that in customer service, you would wait for the client to leave that way you can discuss with your other employee your colleague on top off that like I said thank you she murmured something and looked like she was bothered the only thing she should be bothered with is your working at Starbucks with and attitude

Ordered 3 oat milk brown sugar cortados - coz we love the drink ! But we were highly disappointed!!! The coffees were so milky and as a result so heavy. It was just supposed to be 3 ristretto shots and milk foam. What was the milk about anyways ?! I don’t think I will go back to this location again.

Big concern about their cleanliness/ sanitary practices. I noticed a man exiting the bathroom & commented to my fiancé about how unsanitary it was that the man was touching the door & handle with his bare hand, then my fiancé brought to my attention that this was an employee. The man touched a dirty door & handle in the restroom, then proceeded to make my drink.
I tried to shake the disturbing image & drank my drink, only to find that it tasted bad & not at all comparable to other Starbucks locations. The experience & drink itself were not enjoyable. Will not return.
I hope management can enforce better sanitary practices.

A dog was in the store - I'd mentioned something about it to the barista who asked if I was allergic to it.. I said no, but others might be, that I'd like to use the table near, since it had a plug - but didn't want to be around the dog. Since dogs are not allowed (other than service animals) and I'm reasonably sure this one was not - generally they're not small, untagged, playing, and standing up to get attention from its owner.

Instead of asking if I was allergic, the barista might have asked the dog owner to respect the stores policy. I don't believe he has as several minutes later, the guy with the dog walked the dog out to (probably) use the bathroom and then came right back in.

I'm not sure why people feel entitled to disregard stores policies and bring their pets in, and it's even a bit worse when Starbucks doesn't seem to do anything about it -- and even ask if I was allergic? Should it matter? As I told him, I am not, but others might be, that it's not just about me. I know many others feel the same way I do.

On Tuesday, February 27th, I visited Store Location for coffee. I was assisted by a blonde employee whose name I regrettably did not obtain, but her service was exceptional. She was incredibly kind, and I truly appreciate all the assistance she provided during my visit.

The coffee is same than in the other Starbucks, but this location has limited seats and not as nice look than other locations.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided here. The employees seemed like they didn't care at all as if they were just there for their pay checks. I ordered 2 Caramel Brulee Lattes, one was made right and the other just tasted like plain coffee with milk. Not a first good impression, I am surely never coming back.

Requested a venti-sized coffee without ice but received only 60% of the cup filled with coffee. The stuff told me because I didn’t wanna ice, so that’s exactly how much coffee without ice.

I don't know the guy's name, but he surprised me by remembering mine.Served me hot eggwhite bites + extra steaming coffee, just as I requested.

Kid-friendliness: The people serving @starbucks r super - duper kind to kids. Taking their order, & making an extra effort to add all the things my kids wanted.Thanx kindly.
