Dirtiest starbucks in all Bay Area Patio is dirty tables and chairs very dirty

The staff at this store are terrible. I've been there twice. The first time, when I asked if the almond milk was sweetened, they were extremely impatient and had a terrible attitude. The second time, the staff took my order and asked for my name, even though mine was the only order being prepared in the entire store. Not only did they fail to label the drink, but they also made it wrong. On top of that, the staff acted as if I had ordered the wrong thing.

The barista are very good and attentive. I love their lemon loaf with my plain black coffee.

I just left happy!! I went in and the girls working both had smiles and were so sweet and helpful! I got my vanilla sweet cream cold brew and bacon Gouda sandwich super fast and they tasted delicious. The girls definitely made my day, can’t wait to come back to this location!

As like typical Starbucks, friendly staff, locked bathrooms need a code, medium stocked shelves with Starbucks labeled mugs and gifts. There is no self-service cream counter. They add cream/sugars as ordered. Outdoor seating area with patio umbrellas is nice.

This one sucks.. girls can't read the drink orders and always makin them wrong.. then got the nerve to get attitude when ya tell them remake the drink correct... learn how to read the order.

Customer service was poor, unnecessarily rude, worker was on a phone call and we made eye contact multiple times but did not take my order, I waited a while before I got to order because the other worker was also in her own world.

I tried some summertime drinks and was slightly surprised I didn't like/love either of them. Normally I'm super into sweets but the summer refresher raspberry popping pearls was kinda a kick in the mouth, but coconut version was mild flavor. Got passionfruit/pineapple smoothie amd unfortunately just came back from hawaii (if you know you know) I REALLY liked hawaiian pineapples which made me shaking in tart sipping this drink plus the just pure sugar syrup of passionfruit flavor just made me wonder if I was drinking 70+gas of sugar today. With frozen I guess cold ice it's okay but as soon as it started melting into juice I didn't want it anymore... gonna end up freezing it in ice tray to be an add in for home smoothies. Maybe it's been too long... but even slurpies feel like less sugar. I'll be sticking to the tea/coffee options. PS. I miss the lavender foam Macha tea drink option. PSS these drinks are measured exactly out. I got the light ice option in hopes of getting slightly more coconut milk but they just gave less drink via picture. Looks like I chugged mine but photo is before we drank any. Sad face

It takes forever to get your order here and they often mix it up, so you have to wait even longer while they're remaking it 😩
