I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frap and they made it the best put of any other Starbucks I've visited. They had it prepared on my arrival and the store was not busy. Both workers were friendly and quick!Parking: We parked very close

The best customer service! I accidentally made my mobile coffee orders at a wrong location and Lauren (our barista) made our orders right on the spot. She is amazing and just went above and beyond!! This made my day since I don't have to travel to another store to grab my coffee. Lauren is awesome and so glad she works here!!! Thank you Starbucks for hiring her.

The WORST experience I ever had at starbucks. There is a lady super slow, talking much more than doing actual work. She didn’t paste stickers into cups so when customers asked “what’s my order “ she’s like “I don’t know”. She messed up my order, gave me a Grande when I ordered Venti, and worst thing is she’s trying to deny when I said it’s wrong size, forced me to pull my order from the App to show her. And she’s super rude, no sorry at all.Please fire this person, I encountered multiple times that staff messed size of my order, which is okay. But she’s the first one trying to deny it.If you see my review history, I seldom give 3 star review. This is my first 1 star review, and I want to give negative if there is that option. I can never imagine a starbucks experience can ruin my Sunday so badly ?

Mobile Orders are hidden behind the bar. I stood around like a moron for 20 minutes waiting for my drink to get called. It was sitting behind the bar the whole time. There is zero signage or indication that the setup is different from any other Starbucks, where there is a Mobile Order pickup area clearly delineated and signed.

It's amazing how someone can affect your day. It's 11:30 Sunday morning. My brother is about to leave for a 2 week vacation so we decided to meet for a coffee to spend a little time together before his trip. This Starbucks is always busy so we ordered in the mobile app and waited till after the time given to go in and get our drinks. Bother were hot coffee drinks so in the standard white paper cup with brown heat wrapper. When the girl behind the counter handed me the drinks it was not obvious which was which so I asked. With all the sass she could probably utter she said "it's on the sticker" which o rotated the cup and saw no sticker. By then she had already moved on to talk to the other employees. I looked again and noticed the stickers were under the brown wrapper. Which I said just so you know i only asked cause I couldn't see the sticker. You placed them under the brawn wrapper. She looked back at me with just the most unconcerned look. And then laughed as I was walking back outside to our table. It's sad. I dont expect much from a place like this. But I'd hope that at least be civil. This Starbucks is overrun with homeless people and they allow smoking near the door which I actually think is illegal but we go cause it's convenient. Might be time to find someplace else.

The price of a Grande Caramel Mac hiato(hot)only comes to $7USD. Plus I almost never have to wait for service. A big plus,in my book!
