STARBUCKS is just another coffee place and there are many. Though i enjoy getting coffee their I do feel that some stores arw to progressive. Yet over all good place. I would never use the wifi do it is a ooen source one and I had orobkens with hackers who sat in side a xessing my information. Though in general the store today was well kept.

This location is awful. They always mess something up with my order and it's too busy to ask them to fix it, so I end up drinking something that I don't even want. The only good thing about this location is there is always a decent amount of parking. The food here always looks like it's a week old. Even when I order something easy like a cookie it tastes old and stale.

I always order the same iced coffee and today it was definitely a new person not a familiar face and this gentleman made my coffee with way too much cinnamon. I can't even drink it. Ill be tossing this coffee and having a shitty day. Thank you.!!

Terrible service. Clerk who took our order was clearly not having a good morning. Got our coffees wrong. Went back to exchange and he told me to throw it out (pointed to garbage area) then we waited another 20 minutes. If we didn't pay over $5 per coffee it wouldn't have been such a big deal.

I usually don't leave reviews but i have to for this location. This is my all time favorite location despite that i have one closer to my house. I used to go to the one in Hamilton Plaza across the street but I didn't like the way my drinks were coming out. I started going to the 1574 S Bascom Ave location to see if there was a difference or if I was just being too picky. I have not had bad customer service or a bad drink since, all my drinks come out perfect to my liking. They're quick, very kind and overall i love this location!

I just ordered a drink here this morning and while I was waiting for my latte to be made, an absolute monster of a woman came in throwing a fit about how her drink was supposed to be no foam and it had a small amount of foam.... This old lady actually drove all the way back to Starbucks to make it their problem instead of just using a spoon to scoop the foam off... can you imagine dealing with people like this all day?? Mattie and the other barista were professional and polite and I commend them for having that level of patience because lord knows I wouldn't be able to respect or acknowledge that kind of disgusting behavior. Kudos to this Starbucks team for all their hard work especially around the holiday season. I hope you don't ever have to deal with that nasty lady again.

I was in the area and needed to use a restroom and thought I'd stop in to buy something in exchange for the privilege. A full hour before closing, they were cleaning their restroom. I patiently waited after I got my order only to be told they won't let anyone use it after it's cleaned. Never coming back here again!
I was surprised by their service. It's my first time here in the area. I had an appt in the area, and was lucky to find this Starbucks near by. Nick went above and beyond, made the best iced apple oat espresso. 5 star service for sure.

The staff there is so friendly! Looks like they do fun surveys and creations now and then. I got a fun crafted drink today that they explained and proudly recommended. It was great! Catch it while you can!

I would really try to avoid this one….I ordered on the app at 8:02 and left at 8:40 for an iced espresso. I know they are doing their best with the demand, but they might need a couple more workers in the morning.
