Doesn’t look like much, but it’s the best Starbucks in the area. Friendly staff and they make the drinks right, and just good vibe. No weirdos wandering in off the street like you get at some other Starbucks not far away.

I frequent many Starbucks in the San Jose area, but this location is the best . Staff are friendly & greeting the customers is very inviting. Manager is very aware when it gets crowded & helps engage the customers while providing good service. Starbucks Inc should give the employees a bonus for making customers feel welcome z

I buy 6 to 8 drinks very week at this location spending hundreds of dollars every month at this location. Today I ordered 4 ice lattes without ice just as I do every time. The barista refused to fill them to the top with milk. She said it was policy not to for non ice orders. I explained they fill them up every time there. She again refused. As I told her, this the last time I will buy from this location.
