Michelle the barista is so RUDE. Coffee was made wrong and not only did she mock me, but she also openly spoke about me to the other employees and decided to make fun of me. Worst experience ever. If you work in customer service you should never make fun of a customer IN FRONT OF THEM.

Staff were friendly. Unfortunately the place was swarmed with screaming high school kids at 2:00 which made it impossible to sit and relax. The music was also very loud but that was a lesser concern. They did a decent job with my cappuccino at least.

The employees there are so kind and provide great service ! I love this place so much and I so do recommend it. So whenever you pass by this part of San Jose, check this place out ! :)

My drink sucked and I got a real easy drink. The employees had such bad attitudes. I had my drink remade and one employee made it wrong and got even more attitude because she had to make it a third time. Never coming back here. Want my money back! Also no parking!

I frequent this location as it's centralized to my day to day travel. It's located in an assuming plaza with a little bit of parking spots but also close to schools and tends to get busy on certain times. When getting my drink, I always order via mobile order ahead. 10 minutes after, my drink is always ready on the counter.Although my visits are usually a quick pick up, the Baristas that I encounter are friendly and usually say "thanks!" when I take my drink.
