Susan was very nice and quality service

They kicked me out because I didn’t buy a coffee within 5mins of sitting down with my laptop. I was planning on buying a coffee but I wanted to set my station up for some work.

I srop here every so often, busy Lil place.
I've never experienced bad service here..Always a positive vibe. The place is small but clean and today the nice tall girl was so sweet&friendly I felt I needed to post a positive feedback, especially after reading some of the bad posts.
Yes,it can get busy but a Lil patience can go a long way.Thanks for the pleasant experience today.I think you guys are doing a great job.Sincerly GK

5-star rating is strictly for the impeccably strong WiFi they have. I’ll be turning on to Magliocco from Winchester and the WiFi pops up. I post up at this location in between errands if I’m around the area and park and use the wifi.. Love it … drinks are solid too.

The restroom is dirty for a nice place like this one. I went in early in the morning, almost at opening time, and used the restrooms.

Extremely rude staff who had kept on loudly knocking at the bathroom door while in use to kick me out. This was so jarring to experience as I was a paying customer with a typical need to use the bathroom.

Love the lattes. Love the impossible sausage sandwiches with no egg, no cheese. They don't complain when they make it. They are so upbeat and happy. It's just an all-around great place to have a little bit of coffee and a snack! Corporate Starbucks. They should all get a raise at that restaurant!

Vegetarian options: Just ask. They'll tell you what they got and they'll work with you with a happy face! LOL

Short of staff! This store is always full with orders!! And my only complaint is that they are always short of staff everyday! Especially weekends when they only have 2 people. 1 taking orders and the barista!!!! It’s not the first time I cancel my order because it passed 30 min after “ready to pick up” and I even waited 10 in the line to cancelled because of how packed this store gets!!!! HIRE more people!!!
