Everytime I order at Starbucks, there are 1/4 to 1/3 of chance the Barista will get it wrong. They always offer to remake them for me so really it’s not a big thing. This Starbucks is the only one I have been EVER mess up my order and refuse to get it right. I am not sure whether it’s another of the broader Starbucks policy, or it’s the store policy.
I will not visit this store anymore, very disappointed as Starbucks’ overall service quality seems to keep dropping

The last three times I waited 40 minutes for my order, and only received it after asking them to check where it was. Spending an hour just to get a coffee is too much.

Staff were nice enough but drink not ready even though I ordered ahead with the mobile app, and then it was watered down and tasted off. Maybe a bad day? But I probably will go somewhere else next time

Eventhough this is the closest Starbucks to my home, I stopped coming here and my latest visit reminded me why.
It’s one of the unfriendliest Starbucks I’ve been to. During my latest visit it first took a long time to even be greeted, then the person behind the register kept looking like they hates every second of being there. Then they gave me a bigger size than I ordered (and charged for the bigger size) and I only noticed after already out of there. I’ve ordered the drink I got many many times but that time it was completely off and really didn’t taste great. When I mentioned that, I kept getting more attitude.. in general this location seems to take forever. No matter if I ordered online and it would say 5-6min only to take 12-14min or in store. Go somewhere else if you can.

This location has a lot of potential but I found the cafe unclean and not very welcoming. The outside space is a bit sketchy with homeless people in the evening. I ordered a cappuccino and it didn't come out very good.

I come here a lot, and after considering my visits, my previous bad experience was more like a bad day out of the month. The people are usually nice and the food is good. I will still continue to go to this location since it’s so close to me and I usually have a good experience .🙂

Just came out and they did not fasten my top to my drink and the top half came spilling out all over my car. Then I go to open my sandwich, and the whole thing looks like it was squeezed in the hand before being put in the bag. The whole experience was disappointing and disgusting.
