It's Starbucks...so the food is what it is. The staff however keeps the store neat and brings a vibrant atmosphere and are very helpful in explaining things, makes customers feel welcome
Its a Starbucks, you're not going to be getting gourmet coffee and pastries here but it does the job. The customer service is good but the selection of food is often limited compared to other Starbucks locations and the inside is slightly run down and not the most clean. Still a decent work and study spot though.
Update: I went again today and there was a homeless individual sleeping in the middle of the patio which is not too surprising knowing this area...

I enjoy the service & how prompt they are with making drinks. I come here pretty often, not everyday but at least once or twice a week.I noticed they let people cut the line, that made me furious ? ?; of course 1 employee caught how hot I got after waiting in line to be cut & for the employees to be okay w/ that. I get it, you have your daily regulars but don't ruin it for the rest of us by letting ppl cut just because you know what your regulars want already. (Was...
