They were really busy, but I was still greeted with a smile and they were working hard to get drinks done . When I got my order they made my drink incorrectly, but then remade it correctly and gave me a larger size. Keep up the hard work.

Alright so firstly, this place has good food and pretty decent drinks (fave one being the pink drink or mocha cookie crumble frappe). Secondly, the customer service is decent to say the least. Theres this one employee who I think should not work in customer service because she is pretty rude and annoying. Other than that, customer service is pretty much good. Lastly, the line can be long but it moves rather quickly. There was this one time where some random guy cut in front of me but that’s not Starbuck’s fault, that is that guy’s fault. In conclusion, this Starbucks is pretty good minus that one lady from customer service.

I got yelled at by another car today, to get in line. Lol. When I go to this Starbucks all the time and there is never a right line or some days even 3 different lines, so I ask if there is a line at the speaker then the girl replies to me that there is a line and fine that's ok, but my ISSUE WAS SHE Replied to me in an annoyed tone like I was a jerk in this whole situation and not trying to be in line or something, first of all I didn't cut in front of anyone I waited my turn, it wasn't even each line each turn, I know who was ahead of me in the other line and let them all go first, this was how it was always set up when I get Starbucks and not just this location, and never an issue, plus I didn't make these rules. She was telling me how corporations want them to form a line something on your right side, but Okay I don't work for Starbucks and how do I know what corporations want if that's the case, get some sign, paint some line, or get some cones so people know, before there a fight in the parking lot over what is the right line and don't even know who's in the wrong or right, because apparently people get road rage over a line. It doesn't even matter to me, people can go ahead of me but don't come at me like I'm in the wrong when there are no instructions and I just do what I see people do and have been doing it with no issues, every other day people just adult about it and pay attention and know when it's there turn then today someone road rage about it. Lol

I used to go out of my way and drive a little further to this location so I could pick up my mobile order in my PJ’s via the drive-thru. However, the last few times I’ve gone, the drive-thru has been blocked off with chairs and tables, forcing customers to go inside to pickup their orders. I understand things happen and people call out sick but can the drive-thru option be removed in the app or maybe turn off mobile ordering completely? Anyway, I haven’t gone back and don’t plan to. Just going the one that’s closer to me and walking inside in my PJ’s.

1. Service is just below average. The manager/ person taking the order doesn’t know the Starbucks refill policy. I went to ask for the refill and they refused that unless you buy iced coffee then only you can get refill?? I said other Starbucks don’t practice that and then she said then they should. I pulled up Starbucks refill policy online and showed it to her and she is like thanks for the information.2. Furniture at this location is so uncomfortable.I understand that they are always busy but how about you can educate yourself with the store policies you are working at? How about showing some kindness?
