I like this location except for im fasting and told I wasnt allowed to have a cup of water unless I purchased something. Pretty annoying to have a $5 cup of water and a food item i cant even eat. Really wasting my money. Pretty dumb rule honestly

The employees are always super nice and always write sweet messages on the drinks!! I would recommend the caramel ribbon crunch frappe if you want coffee, and if you don't the dragon drink with cold foam added is ALWAYS delicious!!

Bought a nitro cold brew today and noticed the cup was 90% foam when the employee set it out for me. Figuring she would know more about coffee and how it settles I thought I’d let it sit around while I got a haircut. 40 minutes later this is what I paid ~5$ for? Not coming back.

Well and neatly maintained store. The staffs were friendly and quick. The store has good ambiance.
The drive through is available but looks like a long queue, even though it was moving faster.

Drinks and food are always good. My review is more about why someone needs to buy something to get water? It's almost 90 degrees and a there is a person that obviously needs water and the Baristas (following the rules i am assuming) are seeing the person struggling and still do not have the heart to give water to this person. I understand it's a business but if someone needs just water, then it should be free. Seriously thinking about not buying that often 🤔 hopefully the rules change for the better

It's very large erea, has both inside and outside sitting tables. Drinks and foods are good at here. Just only one things is not clean restroom place.

They forgot whip on my HC and didn't even finish filling it up. This location is frequently out of chai.

They close the store earlier than regular hours while keeping the mobile app active . Hence when I order coffee,I am not able to pick it up. At first, I knocked on the glass door and the employees ignored me. When I walked towards the drive thru window, I was rejected to be served since I am not in the car. I had to go home and come back with my car to be able to pick the order. This happened a few times.

I asked for my drink with no inclusions not only did the person not put it in with no inclusions but when I asked for them to fix it they just scooped out the inclusions and didn’t remake my drink which not only compromised the integrity of my drink because it tasted like ass but there was still inclusions in it because it’s impossible to remove all the inclusions from the strawberry açaí refresher once already in

They were really busy, but I was still greeted with a smile and they were working hard to get drinks done . When I got my order they made my drink incorrectly, but then remade it correctly and gave me a larger size. Keep up the hard work.

Alright so firstly, this place has good food and pretty decent drinks (fave one being the pink drink or mocha cookie crumble frappe). Secondly, the customer service is decent to say the least. Theres this one employee who I think should not work in customer service because she is pretty rude and annoying. Other than that, customer service is pretty much good. Lastly, the line can be long but it moves rather quickly. There was this one time where some random guy cut in front of me but that’s not Starbuck’s fault, that is that guy’s fault. In conclusion, this Starbucks is pretty good minus that one lady from customer service.
