I just came in this morning and there were two girls. I didnt get the name but I will next time. She took my order and she got it wrong! I ordered a lavender cream oatmilk matcha GRANDE. She actually ordered me a venti, ugh. Please have your workers pay attention. I'm so annoyed now. I don't even drink half of my grandes whenever I get them. Not cool.

I just asked for a CUP OF WATER and they said NO! The water is only for costumers. Is this a New thing?

Terrible, I waited over 20 minutes after the time in my pick up order, still nothing. Employees running around laughing and people all look annoyed. What a joke.. I left without my order.

Absolutely one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. And I only say this because repeated morning staff mess ups. This morning though was on the more annoying side. I ordered 3 items, 2 drinks and a cake pop. I ordered early, to account for any morning rush. When I go only 2 of my 3 items are ready. When the gentleman asks if I’m waiting for a drink, say yes. Told him I’m getting my phone because I did some customizes. He proceeds to tell me there were only 2. Que annoyed! Then even the B older B women comes to help. She brings to the order and points it out as if they were right. I spot her on her screen my drink. Then they change the story and oh someone took it. I’m now there for over 10 mins while a deer in headlights look is on there face. I had to ask them to make or (remake) the drink or give me my money back! While the gentlemen keeps saying, I made it I remember. When 10 mins he was admit that I only ordered2 things. Now I’m late to work and my coffee that I had to prove I ordered and paid for isn’t even right! Happy Thursday to me.

Upon entering the store, a male employee greeted me with a loud announcement, "We are closing in 5 minutes."Feeling slightly apologetic, I inquired if it was still possible to place an order. The employee went into the kitchen and seemed to be asking someone else.Assuming they were out of ingredients and reluctant to serve me due to closing time, I decided to go to another store one block away.However, the male employee approached me again, this time with a somewhat agitated tone, asking "What do you want to order?"Feeling compelled, I placed my order for a large Matcha Latte and a Vanilla Latte with oat milk.Issue:After receiving my drinks and taking a sip, I realized that regular milk was used instead of oat milk in Matcha latte.I returned to the store and asked the female barista who made the drinks if oat milk was used as requested.With a smile, she assured me that it was oat milk, so I trusted her word.While driving and drinking my Matcha latte, I still felt something was off with the taste.After consuming more than half of drink, I realized with certainty that regular milk was used.Unable to finish the drinks, my stomach began to react negatively, leading to a restless night with frequent trips to the bathroom.While this was my first negative experience at this store despite multiple visits, I cannot give the lowest rating.I am sympathetic to the other hardworking employees who might be affected by a negative review.In the future, I will avoid visiting this store close to closing time to prevent similar experiences.
