Upon entering the store, a male employee greeted me with a loud announcement, "We are closing in 5 minutes."Feeling slightly apologetic, I inquired if it was still possible to place an order. The employee went into the kitchen and seemed to be asking someone else.Assuming they were out of ingredients and reluctant to serve me due to closing time, I decided to go to another store one block away.However, the male employee approached me again, this time with a somewhat agitated tone, asking "What do you want to order?"Feeling compelled, I placed my order for a large Matcha Latte and a Vanilla Latte with oat milk.Issue:After receiving my drinks and taking a sip, I realized that regular milk was used instead of oat milk in Matcha latte.I returned to the store and asked the female barista who made the drinks if oat milk was used as requested.With a smile, she assured me that it was oat milk, so I trusted her word.While driving and drinking my Matcha latte, I still felt something was off with the taste.After consuming more than half of drink, I realized with certainty that regular milk was used.Unable to finish the drinks, my stomach began to react negatively, leading to a restless night with frequent trips to the bathroom.While this was my first negative experience at this store despite multiple visits, I cannot give the lowest rating.I am sympathetic to the other hardworking employees who might be affected by a negative review.In the future, I will avoid visiting this store close to closing time to prevent similar experiences.

The biggest problem I have is they prioritize the drive thru over walk in customers. I waited 20 minutes with one person in front of me for my drink. 1 Carmel frappe and watched 15 cars go through the drive through. You can tell the manager could care less about so I didn’t bother saying anything I’ll just leave this here.

Pretty good and clean. Staff is cool. They just take 20 minutes to make 2 drinks. The store wasn’t busy.Make sure to give yourself time.

Avoid this racist Starbucks at all costs!! This goofy drive thru worker that works the front in the noon time on the weekends is very rude and bad customer device skills received from this female with light brownish hair. There is also some lazy guy that just sits there all day with his hair that is tied back. All he does is sit there and stare at you while you drive up to the drive-through and stare. Back to the rude drive thru female Her hair is falling out of her hair tied up while she is handing out the drinks. She is very rude and should not be working here. Every other drive thru person was nice except for this one! I will not be returning. They lost a customer that comes here almost every day before work!

This is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been to regarding customer service. Also, they have a hard time listening and following directions. The woman in the photo is believed to be the manager, which is terrible because she has absolutely no customer service whatsoever. She doesn't speak and will straight up ignore you. They made my drink wrong 3x in one week, do you think there was any acknowledgment of the mistake on their part? Not! They started to ignore more even more. Now there is a baristas, a nice young gentleman with straight black hair who makes my drink perfectly and has excellent customer service. I have had different baristas make my drink and he is the only one that gets it right. I can't figure out if this is a racial issue or just a lack of training and poor leadership

Nice ambience - terrible attitude from the two servers today afternoon. “She is taking orders”. 9 minutes to pour a pike in a glass with attitude not becoming hospitality industry.

Save yourself 30 minutes and a wrong drink order. The staff here were nice, but they had to keep remaking peoples orders and wasting the time of their customers. I only went there because of the wonderful bagel place next door. Lesson learned.There is a drive through Starbucks up the street, just go there instead. They got my correct order to me in less than 5 minutes.

It's like 50/50 on whether or not I get rude or good service no matter how polite I try to be and I've come here very often by now. when it comes to their drinks, it's also 50/50 on wether or not they actually do diligence on making the drink well or not and when you go to a well known brand like Starbucks you expect a standard, something safe and guaranteed. If you like to support local family business, literally to the left of this Starbucks there's this amazing coffee and bagel shop that's well priced and delicious!
