This location feels many times worse than any other Starbucks I have ever been in before. The drinks taste a lot worse, the tall blonde lady who is the manager at this location has a horrible attitude towards customers. This location is way too small for the traffic and very understaffed. The remodel is garbage, no more indoor seating. Starbucks needs to completely restaff the location, or at least change the management.

Wouldn’t recommend going to this Starbucks, sadly all the employees are really rude no one greets you when you come in I wanted a refund on my coffee and this girl couldn’t remember her name gave me a really hard time with it. I wouldn't waste my money or my time here again being treated horribly.

I ordered a pastry and tall dark roast. I received the coffee but not the pastry. There was only two people working-very busy. After 10 minutes I walked out without the food. I won't be back to this location.

This used to be my go to Starbucks; however, I feel that it lacks everything Starbucks stands for. Every time I go into the store, I am never welcomed in and feel as though I am bothering the baristas. The environment used to be friendly before the remodel and before new management came. The baristas also tend to ignore me when I walk in and have recently had an attitude. I'm also not sure who the tall blonde lady is but the last time I was in there she was very hostile. I explained to her that my drink was not made to standard and rather than being inviting and calm, she became aggravated and took the drink back and slammed it in the sink right in front of me. I'm not sure what the issue was but I am a loyal customer and should be treated as such. If she is a manager, she definitely shouldn't be.

It’s a hit or miss. I do miss the tables inside …. Nonetheless I occasionally order from here and it’s a hit or miss I mainly deliver for uber eats from this location and overall tend to have okay experiences w the deliveries being on time

There was this horrible person who was so rude to one of the workers there. I read her tag and her name is Rose. The attitude and the way she spoke to one of the employees...I have never seen somebody be so vile to another person. I really hope this isn't the manager but I will not be coming here again.
