Went today on my lunch break.Brie at the front was very polite and took the time to make suggestions. She gave me a low calorie iced coffee of her choosing and it was excellent.The young man working alongside was also quietly doing great work.Great work you two!

I don't know why this location us reported as closed, it is not closed but maybe it should be. The cofee here is not as bad to be honest but now they don't have ANY chairs or tables inside the establishment. What a terrible idea!!!!! Now for that, I am certain that they will close down. Completely unacceptable..

I was stopping by one day. When i was going to order my Iced Caramel Latte, they told me "We are out of caramel". That pissed me the f*** off. The overall atmosphere is just Shitty. That's the LAST time i'll ever shop here. F*** Starbucks!

This has been a go to Starbucks of mine for years , the staff is always welcoming with quick service and comfortable outdoor seating , there’s not a bad thing I can think of to say about this place. Earned a ton of rewards on the app recently, got a free Frappuccino im going to be cashing in today too! 5 stars across the board for me!!

This is a Starbucks, so like every Starbucks you'll get drinks and food that is Starbucks quality. Which is to say, you pay too much for just slightly better than gas station quality.The parking situation is fine as it's in a strip mall.What I really want to mention though, is how disgustingly dirty this place always is. I know this isn't the employees themselves making a mess, but I mean come on - why is there always trash on the floor? Why are the bins always overflowing? Why are the tables always sticky? Why are drinks and wrappers always on the tables outside?Again I understand the employees are not making the mess, but they also aren't doing anything to avoid making this the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever seen.
I mistakenly ordered to the wrong store during my lunch time because I was in a rush and didn't pay attention, when I got to the this Starbucks on Kooser, I was waiting for a bit longer than usual so i decided to ask and then I checked the app, yup ordered to the wrong location. the girl that was helping me told me she could just make it there, I was so happy because I only had 30 minutes and by the time I would of gotten to the other store my lunch would of been over. Really appreciated that. S/o to them

This location seems like it needs some TLC. The outdoor chairs are all missing cushions except one chair. The indoor bathroom was out of order, so don't stop here if you're making a bathroom stop too.

Had some issues with bad customer service at Hillsdale and Camden location and come to find out they gave me a empty gift card for a replacement drink and kooser Starbucks took care of anything.
