Arrived at 6:45pm, April 12, the staffs were chatting and told us they were closed. This is first starbucks I arrived in open hour but rejected to provide services. Very bad experience.

Update your hours. Just stopped on Monday March 6 at 6:22 and the doors were locked and staff were cleaning. I usually stop here between 6:15 and 6:30 during my kids sports practice and they’ve always been open in the past.

Apparently this is the only location serving cascara toppings and foam options in or near the San Jose district. I arrived after 4pm on a weekday during COVID and the store was closed. I hope to return to try the add-ons unavailable in other Bay Area stores. (November 2020)

Made a mobile order for a venti latte, picked it up and it was only filled half way. Asked them to make it again, and the second time they filled it slightly more than half way. It was ridiculous. I didn't see a point in asking a 3rd time.
Friendly staff. The wait was a bit too long (10 min) but ti be fair it was a weekend.
