since it's hot out, I wanted something cold and refreshing. I went to Starbucks and originally was going to get just an ice water. Then I saw my favorite fruits in a smoothie type drink. Of course I got the frozen mango dragon fruit lemonade. It was the best frozen lemonade I've ever had! Are the service there was really nice the two women working there. Who were very nice to me and gave my dog a pup cup. She loved it!

My wife and I enjoy visiting several times a week to enjoy a beverage and sometimes a snack. The staff is ALWAYS great to us and get our order out in a reasonable time. They get our orders correct and enjoy chatting with the friends we've made there.My only wish is that they had more low tables instead of so many high "bar" tables. Also, on school days a gang of middle schoolers overrun the store always wanting free cups of water and whipped cream snacks. Their noisy, overwhelm all seating and leave a huge mess.

Arrived at 6:45pm, April 12, the staffs were chatting and told us they were closed. This is first starbucks I arrived in open hour but rejected to provide services. Very bad experience.

Update your hours. Just stopped on Monday March 6 at 6:22 and the doors were locked and staff were cleaning. I usually stop here between 6:15 and 6:30 during my kids sports practice and they’ve always been open in the past.

This has always been my favorite Starbucks, thanks to team members like Melissa and the manager Spencer. I am a regular, getting coffee 3-4 times a week. Melissa wow'd me twice this morning. When I ordered the wrong drink, she fixed it by adding some sweet vanilla cream, without hesitation, after I drank 1/4 of it. She is all about customer service and even knows my name. I think this is her nature but Spencer probably encourages this type of personalized service. I hope Starbucks rewards their star employees like Melissa and Spencer because they deserve it. to Melissa for going beyond the call of duty

Apparently this is the only location serving cascara toppings and foam options in or near the San Jose district. I arrived after 4pm on a weekday during COVID and the store was closed. I hope to return to try the add-ons unavailable in other Bay Area stores. (November 2020)
