Great location! very spacious with tables great for working. Workers are also incredibly nice! I mobile ordered a matcha latte, i meant to order iced, but i forgot to put iced. The ladies were so sweet enough to remake the drink iced for me!!! 10/10 service.

I went inside this store to get a tall drip. Simple drink that only takes a couple of minutes to prep. Staff member was at the cashier dismounting the coffee machine and connecting with a customer. The staff member finished connecting with the customer, turned around and asked me to wait until she was finished with the machine. She went to the sink, grabbed her cellphone phone, but realized I can see her from the cashier point. She then proceeded to clean the coffee machine parts.

It may be simple, even a stupidity, but I hate when a retailer does not make the customer the priority. Sure I could wait ten minutes, but why?? Why make a customer experience 10-15 minutes when it could just be 3-5 minutes.

It took 20min to get 2 drinks on wed around 1 pm. The worker kept making "easy" drink. My Macha latte came in 15m and the 2nd drink tea lemonade (on the same order) came 5min later. The server just ignored my present, never asked why I was there for so long. When I complaint to the cashier, who took my order, that it was unacceptable to take 20min to fill my order, while other orders took less than 5min. He was just blankly said oh, I don't what's wrong. Never visit this location again. It has bad service, irresponsible worker, bad attitude.

So when I made the statement about the door handles missing and the fact that the city hasn't closed you guys, the two girls started laughing and told me that's why it says use other door but both door handles are missing., WOW it is amazing how Starbucks is starving to keep below grade people to run their business. This will be my first and last time I ever come to this coffee shop.LT E DiazCAT-F1SCFD

Store has almost no product (cups and beans) and very little seating & power outlets. Any grab and go convince was lost when they removed door both side entrances.

This starbucks has very rude employees.Never has products for sale when I come to buy coffee beans or syrups.Always makes sub standard drinks.Do not recommend this store.Need to hire real management not children.

Less seating then most Starbucks. They also don't call out your name if your drink is ready, so make sure you pay attention and not stand there waiting forever like I did lol...
