Overall Starbucks as a company has gone down in their services to guests. Requiring them to purchase waters, forcing them to purchase products in order to remain in the establishment when they used to welcome anyone any time, disregarding fan favorite drinks. It's clear that Starbucks has greedily placed profits above it's customers and it's clear that Starbucks is going to be a thing of the past very soon.
The staff makes its own hours, and therefore disrespects the business hours publicly posted by the company.
In the evening they sometimes decide to shut down at 9:00 PM, another evening at 9:30 PM…
They probably believe they will get away with this anti-customer behavior.

Every time we order a Starbucks drink it come extremely caffeinated. The drank dosent taste like a sweet delightful drink . I specifically ask for decaf but they just always give me a strong drink . They are always out of the toppings of the season .
Out of napkins??? Order 3 hot chocolates. One was cold 2 were warm. How does that happen. On the remake asked for extra hot. Their were still warm! Does this location know what hot means?

There's an employee who has red hair. She seems like Mexican or white. I don't know what's wrong with her but once I asked the password for the restroom she screamed the number out even before I finished my words. Then she stared at me. That makes me feel so bad and kind of scared. Why was she so upset to me
She was so rude from the time I tried to order.
Educate the staff properly
Is it wrong to ask for the bathroom number

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST STARBUCKS IN THE AREA. It's so bad that I now drive to the Berryessa and King location for my coffee instead. It's frustrating, especially since this is the closest Starbucks to me, but I haven’t had a decent cup of coffee here in over a year. The male baristas, in particular, are often rude and seem to have an unwarranted sense of entitlement. Even something as simple as asking for a straw feels like you're inconveniencing them. I highly recommend avoiding this location and going to a different Starbucks instead.

Been going for over three weeks every day in a row and I always request for my banana walnut bread to be double toasted or double warmed up and almost seems like the employees purposely don’t warm it up ..wonder why no one goes to Starbucks anymore and I always leave $2 tip even when they don’t deserve it

This store staff is rude and the manager Daniel is no better! Horrible customer service! I had to call corporate Starbucks and they were no better. I am from SJ and I know a lot of people who frequent this Starbucks and I will let them know to NEVER frequent this Starbucks again and even though it’s on my way to work I will drive to another location because the staff is so rude! From reading the reviews below the manager of this store obviously does not care to put a stop to his rude employees and continues to allow them to be rude to customers.

My boyfriend and I were waiting for the barista to take our order at the drive thru, we heard the barista (Erick) I believe his name was say “hello?” and we responded with “hello” but we heard nothing after so we assumed they were busy so we waited then we heard “are you gonna order or what’s going on bro?” When we asked who took our order he completely ignored us and handed us our first drink then we proceed to ask again who took our order to let them know they were being rude and again he ignored us. We ask the third time and when he finally answered rudely “I did” and my boyfriend said he didn’t have to speak to us that way and could’ve addressed us differently he got defensive and tried to change what he said then proceeded to tap the metal countertop and said “have a good day” sarcastically and walked away. Hope the manager speak to them about how people should be greeted correctly. Thank you.

I went on Red Cup Day but long after they had all been sold. I’m sure this day affects employees but c’mon, there’s no need to treat me like I’m dumb.
This goes out to one specific employee. Is it a little petty to leave a bad review just because of him? Probably, but you represent the company so I think you should be a little nicer, especially as the first person a customer meets. This guy wasn’t wearing an apron or a nametag. His black shirt was sloppy looking and was kinda torn up. When I was trying to order, he kept walking away from the counter. Then when I did get to talk to him, he kept interrupting me. I wanted to redeem a reward but didn’t know how, so I asked him and he said something like “You just have to tell me and then pay. It’s preeetty simple 🫤” Sorry for not being familiar with the app.
If you see this guy at the register and you don’t wanna be belittled, just take yourself to the Starbucks inside the Target nearby. I think I saw another review about him so he must be a problem. Maybe he doesn’t wear a name tag so he can get away with this stuff. Hope management can do something about this guy.

Without a doubt, this is always a horrible experience, they are so rude! I would like to know, why is it that the drive through folks come first? I waited 25 minutes, 5 people working there ignored me standing there, then finally a gentleman, who was no gentleman, was rude, and extremely unfriendly and really not wanting to take my order. This is a dreadful place.
How do they survive?

Terrible Starbucks experience. 30 minute wait for a basic drink when it wasn’t busy? Service is always poor.
