Horrible customer service, I come to this location every day, but I will not be anymore. The barista are so rude and very unwelcoming
I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I walked in and asked for a cup of water, and was told I needed to make a purchase to receive one. While I understand that each store may have its own guidelines, this doesn't align with the welcoming and community-friendly environment I’ve come to associate with Starbucks.
What made it more uncomfortable was that while I was quietly working in the café — which was completely empty at the time — a staff member came over and asked me to make a purchase. I wasn’t taking up much space or causing any disruption, so the interaction felt unnecessarily unwelcoming.
I’m sharing this because I’ve always appreciated Starbucks for being an inclusive and accommodating space, not just for the coffee but for the experience. This visit didn’t reflect that, and I left feeling more like a burden than a guest.

This is a particularly filthy Starbucks. Food is as expected but ambience is sticky.

Came in around 8am today.
The workers were inattentive. And the toilet are DISGUSTING. I was standing at the register waiting to give my order and WOW I did not feel welcomed at all. I felt like an inconvenience as the worker expressed irritation, huffing and puffing, and was talking under his breath. as I waited for my order, I used the restroom and the both toilets have mold in the bowl as if it hasn't been cleaned for months!

Terry & Erick have the worst barista's to have ever worked. They were very inconsiderate, rude and dismissive. We waiting for 7 minutes just to place an order. Terry acted like we were bothering him when we were waiting. While waiting for our drinks, Erick was very rude to a elderly man just because he asked to use the restroom. When the customer walked away, Erick was aggressively staring at him and throwing cups around. They made our drinks and never called out the order when it was finished.
If you want a good experience... Do not go here. They're the worst staffing I've ever seen at a Starbucks.

Okay if I ask for a white mocha with an extra shot why does it come out tasting like water I go back in to have them fix it and what do I end up with again another cup of hot water for $8 give me a break. Do better

Overall Starbucks as a company has gone down in their services to guests. Requiring them to purchase waters, forcing them to purchase products in order to remain in the establishment when they used to welcome anyone any time, disregarding fan favorite drinks. It's clear that Starbucks has greedily placed profits above it's customers and it's clear that Starbucks is going to be a thing of the past very soon.
The staff makes its own hours, and therefore disrespects the business hours publicly posted by the company.
In the evening they sometimes decide to shut down at 9:00 PM, another evening at 9:30 PM…
They probably believe they will get away with this anti-customer behavior.

Every time we order a Starbucks drink it come extremely caffeinated. The drank dosent taste like a sweet delightful drink . I specifically ask for decaf but they just always give me a strong drink . They are always out of the toppings of the season .
Out of napkins??? Order 3 hot chocolates. One was cold 2 were warm. How does that happen. On the remake asked for extra hot. Their were still warm! Does this location know what hot means?

There's an employee who has red hair. She seems like Mexican or white. I don't know what's wrong with her but once I asked the password for the restroom she screamed the number out even before I finished my words. Then she stared at me. That makes me feel so bad and kind of scared. Why was she so upset to me
