Junk place starbucks getting doomed..
Employees makes you buy something in order to use the bathroom....

I go to different Starbucks places all over the country. If their rating is below 4, the place really sucks.
This one is no exception.
I stood in front of a register for a couple of minutes with employees passing by like I’m transparent🙈
I left work and stopped to buy a coffee. I asked the cashier if she could give me the code for the restroom. Maybe because I looked dirty, she thought I wasn't going to buy anything. She asked me if I was going to buy anything, and I replied that I work in construction and buy a coffee every morning. And you're asking me if I'm going to buy anything? I'm a regular customer.
Best experience ever they had Taylor Swift on repeat and it was the best.

Today at 10am their drive thru service was off. I asked to have my egg bites cooked twice, she did not. Then I had to park, get off my car to ask for napkins and a fork. The person behind me had to park because her daughter did not get her straw🤦🏽♀️ i did tip before i learned all that was missing and dismissed.

Came to the drive-thru at 1:20pm, no one was in front or behind me. I pulled up to the window and opened my app. Terry said “Are you paying with the app?” I said yes. He said very condescendingly “You should already have that ready”
There was no need for it. Terry very clearly doesn’t like working at Starbucks
