Don’t know if it’s just my luck but, every time I order from the Starbucks app , they never have my order ready and they don’t greed me or ask me what order I’m waiting on . I always have to ask them and they are always behind, oh but if your a driver thru customer, you get priority there
So don’t waste your time on mobile ordering or going in to order . If you want your drink fast go on the drive thru

The employees need to get their attitude in check. Came back just to see if they could remake my drinks that tasted like nothing and I got attitude and bs explanation of why they tasted like nothing and got an attitude from a white boy with long hair.

Can definitely do better since I didn't give no attitude or caused any drama.

this is a DRIVE THRU starbucks.
Anyone on foot will be borderline ignored.
You barely have to wait for drinks if you’re driving thru. FYI.

Last few times I’ve come here they haven’t made my drink right.

I asked for extra lavender cream foam on my matcha; not any cold foam at all?

Ask for 3 shots and 1 extra scoop of lavender in my latte; doesn’t put either of them in?

Idk if they got new staff or what but it’s kinda silly to not make the drink right, especially if I order through the app so there isn’t any confusion.

I have been a loyal customer at this Starbucks for many years, frequently visiting with a group of friends. However, I had an extremely disappointing experience recently. For the first time, I needed to use the restroom, and I was rudely questioned about whether I had made a purchase—despite the fact that the staff knows me well and could clearly see I was with a group.

Beyond that, I have a medical exemption under California Health and Safety Code Division 104, Part 15, Chapter 2, Article 6, Section 118700 (Assembly Bill 1632, Statutes of 2022), which legally requires businesses open to the public that have restroom facilities to grant immediate access to individuals with eligible medical conditions. Instead, I experienced an unnecessary delay in gaining access.

It is disappointing that a business I’ve supported for years does not properly train its employees on customer service and legal requirements. Starbucks should ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with state laws regarding restroom access for individuals with medical conditions. I hope management addresses this issue promptly.

Worst Starbucks in this area by far. At any other Starbucks in this area, the employees and managers are friendly with staff and happy to make accommodations to drinks within their ability. This is the only location where even spelling out how to enter the drink into the system with modifications and how to make the modified drink is not only met with resistance but with borderline hostility from the workers. As a former barista, I always dread having to come to this Starbucks as a last resort.
