Hi there, I come to the store. I order hot coffee three cream three sugar I didn’t get that one is I waiting long time inside Deerberry? Stupid employer is happening not one time. So many time. I never ever come this location.

Starbucks coffee has no match in taste flavour and aroma. Combine this with friendly staff who are conversant with what they sell and are conversational. Ambience is not upto the Starbucks standards. Entry is marked well and for the first timers it took time to locate it.

I ordered a few drinks inside the store, one order’s milk was curdy, I wonder how they could not see and bring it out to the customer. I had to return it to them, and wait for that drink to be fixed.
When my sister wanted to leave we sat in the car and instead of ordering a refill in store we decided to go through the drive through and get the refill.

The gentleman was confused and asked the lady( brunette manager,) to help, she was so rude and without hesitation she told me that I was not supposed to leave the store and there wouldn’t be a refill for me, technically I didn’t leave the Starbucks premises and I was in their lot, she enjoyed talking ruthlessly.

Despite my attempt to communicate to her that her manner of speaking was inappropriate and my intention to contact customer service, she simply laughed and treated the situation as a joke. I am left wondering how someone with such behavior can hold a position as a Starbucks employee, let alone a manager. It is truly disappointing.

I don’t buy from Starbucks much, but it’s on the way home… I just purchased the worst caramel Frappuccino ever, it’s literally cream and ice… no flavor. Very disappointed.

I usually don't leave bad reviews, but this Starbucks personnel lack respect to their customers, don't pay attention to the orders etc..I ordered a pour over and they skipped the fact that pour over means you make the coffee fresh,rather they gave me some of their old brewed coffee..than I said I want steamed whole milk on top,and they just poured regular unsteamed milk inside coffee than claim they put steam milk on top of it and it just vanished inside the coffee..really??.....they messed up the drink twice making me wait and loose time....manager needs to straighten its personnel, starbucks used to an icon coffee place ,now your lucky if you get your ordered drink right !
