Stopped in Friday night at 7:30 for coffee and they said they shut their machine off. Not sure why when they close at 9PM. We went to the other Starbucks on Curtner and Almaden where they were still serving coffee because they were still open.

It's honestly a nice cozy place to just chill and do school work or work of any kind it has nice people and fast service they also got my name right a few times and even the people who usually are here are friendly and nice they even sometimes draw little animals or cartoons that just makes you want to come back even more they even once did a little rat that just so happens to be my sister old nickname for me

Typically a great experience here. However had a very annoying experience with one barista here. Went inside to order, picked up two whole milk cartons and some pastries for my kids. They were scanned by a male barista and everything was good, waiting for my pastries to be warmed up. When another barista called my name, I noticed they put an extra milk inside. I return it to her and she goes on to say 'thats why you don't grab it from the front'. I politely ask im sorry this is new policy to me could you please explain. She just walks away. What kind of snide remark is that in which you treat your customers like this?

Trying to keep it simple, I ordered a coffee with cream on my mobile app. They couldn't even get that done in a timely matter.
