Great location and always busy. Had the pleasure of Carlee being our barista multiple times. She's very sweet and attentive. Always smiling and makes great drinks!

The counter to pickup orders was dirty and they were processing food items open to public access. The barista seemed finished with orders and started cleaning up while I stood there in the order pickup area. No awareness that I was there or question if I needed something. When I asked about my drink. My order had been lost. Fair but I had to imitate looking for my drink.

Let me SAY THIS.....:: It's rare I go to a Starbucks that's not my normal coffee spot and they make my drink to perfection literally. I ordered my casual iced chi tea latte with sweet cream and cinnamon on top of the whip cream. EPIC IM IN LOVE THIS MADE MY WHOLE DAY..... when a coffee maker makes our drink with love u can taste it that's what todays staff did and I'm thankful to have come to this location good job u guys keep up the good work the service was awesome and made me feel at home. The ambiance was peaceful and calm If u could get 20 stars I would definitely put it Thank you so much

Coffee ☕ is not always to my order staff should pay better attention.also my beverage sits at the counter not notifying when it's ready.waited a few times after it was ready !!!Kid-friendliness: Many school kids go after school but they're behaves though sometimes no place to sit.

Genuinely appalled with this morning's service. We mobile ordered 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches at 11:55 am and had an estimated time for pickup at 12:07 pm. We arrived at 12:15 and only one drink was on the counter. There were also 4 other customers waiting around for their drinks to be made, so I'm not entirely sure what 4-5 baristas behind the counter were doing.There was another customer who received an incorrect order for their mobile pickup so that was the first complaint. The customer after was upset that they waited 10 minutes for their drink just to receive it hot when they ordered it iced. The barista at the counter mumbled something under her breath in response to both of these complaints.The cherry on top: after our drinks and sandwiches were finally made after 12:23, my sandwich was not heated correctly and still had a block of solid cheese and my iced vanilla latte tasted like hot water and day old coffee. I'm not kidding, it genuinely tasted like someone farted in it and served it to me. My friend's sandwich was incorrectly served as well--he was given a double smoked bacon and cheddar sandwich after ordering a turkey sandwich (he's Muslim). I tried to inform them about this mixup but all they said was that they're short staffed and need to keep up with the orders. I usually come to this spot but I am not sure what happened this morning . Time to find a new spot
