I believe most of the bad reviews on this Starbucks are simply from a lack of understanding these people have about customer service and the things that go on in the background, while true some things may lack or have there moments where it leaves a bad taste in there mouth at the end of the day people just need to grow up and get over it, it’s Starbucks it’s not that deep, and all the employees here bring such a warm and inviting atmosphere to the store and I’m happy to see that shared across this store, so please don’t worry about these nasty people, they just haven’t had there cup of coffee yet, and keep doing the good work

I came here to work on my laptop, & I needed to plug in my laptop because the battery was low.

They have their outlets covered and not accessible.

The music was also turned up too loud for anyone who would want to work here as well.

•Not welcoming
•Took our orders wrong
( idk how it's a walk-in Starbucks)
•had to ask for my receipt
The whole customer service was not like other Starbucks
Once we got the orders and we let them know
As if it's our fault
Now I gotta pay the difference ok for my order they took wrong
Whatever your service was still trash from beginning to end. Never coming to this one when I come to visit my Daughter at SJSU.
If I could put zero stars I would.

Probably the, if not worst, Starbucks in the Bay Area. Made me purchase before I needed to use their restroom. I came back to purchase a latte and sandwich, both of which came out cold. This Starbucks shouldn't exist to be honest.

I. Visited his store today .the lady at the counter attended one customer and ignored me. She did not say she will right back to me. Its rude no customer service attitude. I had to go back unattended.

I’m a loyal, daily Starbucks customer who travels all across the Bay Area for work and often visits on weekends too. I’ve always appreciated the consistency and welcoming atmosphere—until today. This location is the only one where I’ve been told, and rather abruptly, that I needed to make a purchase before using the restroom.

I completely understand if that’s the store’s policy, but it was the delivery that left a bad taste. After hours on the road, there’s often some urgency, and I’d prefer to be able to wait in line for my drink without feeling rushed or uncomfortable. The tone felt unnecessarily harsh, which was disappointing given Starbucks’ usual standard of service.

I know policies come from above and employees may face challenges enforcing them—but a little more empathy and professionalism in how it’s communicated would go a long way.

And a note for corporate Starbucks, you've put both your customers and your employees in a bad spot here.

They have a stupid rule that you can't use the restroom before getting something. Had a kid with me who desperately needed to use restroom (as kids do). Didn't even want to get anything afterwards

The employee Angela did not provide me with the restroom password and pressured me to place an order, even after I explained multiple times that I do mobile orders.I wanted to order and enjoy my food after using the restroom, but after a terrible conversation with the employee Angela, I lost my appetite and left Starbucks. I hope one day, Angela, you wake up and understand what you give to people, you get back.

I know it's tough working New Year's Eve, but customers paying $5.25 for a Latte deserve to be treated respectfully, especially when they leave you a tip. You know who you are, you're the one bossing everybody around at 10:20 a.m Tuesday morning.

This Starbucks stands out for its exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere. The baristas have a unique ability to make you feel important, regardless of their current circumstances. They even make it a priority of remembering your name, a personal touch I’ve never seen at other locations (hopefully, they’ll remember mine soon!). The team handles the area’s challenges with professionalism and care. Special shoutout to Stephanie (hope I got the spelling right) for her fantastic leadership, which sets the tone for this amazing store. I'm confident that if you value experience, this will be your new default Starbucks!

Enjoy having a cup of "Joe" here, but the barista today could have been more aware of the steps in Personal Cup process and credits.
