Stopped by over the weekend while walking our pup. It's the closest location to us. And luckily within walking distance because parking is not the easiest. They don't have a dedicated lot, just some street parking. It is on a corner so two streets to choose from. Anyways, we mobile ordered ahead of time and I walked in to pick it up. It's a little confusing, as they have a dedicated pickup area, sorted by name. But I didn't see my drink there. Next to the normal pickup area, there's a ledge with drinks. I felt a little weird picking up other people's drinks to see the name so I tried to wait a bit but all the baristas were super busy. Eventually, I just looked and our drinks were sitting there so I just got them. But I still had to bug a barista for a pup cup. They were super nice about it and made one for me quickly. It was only the second time our dog has had a pup cup and she loved it. For our drinks, we got a vanilla latte and a mocha. It's Starbucks so the drinks are what they are.

Drink took 12 minutes longer than expected to make, app said estimated 910 after I ordered at 9 however I did not receive my drink until well after 920. The drink itself was sub par, not worth a 20 minute wait but it was not horrid. I got a java mint frappe. These employees were understaffed and overworked for a busy Sunday morning.

Last review I did was 6 years ago. 5 stars and deserved it. Not anymore. Someone needs to not be afraid to crack the whip. Very unorganized, some of the employees look like they just woke up. Getting attitude at register. All in all place felt grimey; windows very dirty, etc. I should mention the barista working on the bar, tall girl with glasses(good looking glasses too). Super cool & genuine. Drinks on point and respectful. You can see how she's overseeing a lot of the work (while making drinks) while others stand around mostly gossiping pretending to work and taking bathroom breaks one after another (only been here 35 min). Maybe she has a higher threshold since she is much older? I'm in the business so I understand efficiency and task workloads and clearly not a workload issue, but mostly a undisciplined young mindset that some of them have( go to a different location and compare ) Starbucks is a business not a coffee shop, but still a business has to maintain proper etiquette.
