I mobile ordered an iced green tea today during my 1 hour lunch. 30 minutes later I went to go pick it up and noticed it was not ready and that the store was very busy. I politely asked for an update on my drink as my lunch was almost over and I needed to drive back to work. The person at the register was helpful but got busy attempting to help make orders. I went up to the register to again ask for an update on the drink / and ask for a refund if it would take longer than a few minutes. The person at the register asked the barista if she would be working on my order next. The barista who was a younger Asian female smirked and said “no.” She kept smirking and giggling to herself while she started to make other orders. While I understand it was very busy, and I’m sure various other people were asking about their orders. There was no need for this employee to be rude. The male at the register was helpful and politely apologized for the delay. He also assisted me with a refund. I did not happen to catch the name of either employee unfortunately.

Terrible service. The lady who made my caramel crunch Frappuccino had long nails and when she close the lid of my drink , her nails were inside my drink. I told this to her and said this is a hygiene issue. She did not say anything and walked to next customer. Never coming here again
Typical comedy of errors plagues this location which should only be visited in dire times of caffeine necessity. Some employees seem mostly earnest but will still often miss modifications.Drip coffee often not hot or ready. Incorrect number of syrup pumps and espresso shots given for lattes, americanos or espresso drinks.Drinks not mixed, stirred, or made to the Starbucks standard.Often incorrectly charged or charged for add-ons that should be free (sugar and cream, not syrups)All-in-all, about what’s to be expected out of a Target Starbucks. Keep expectations low and you should get to about half the caffeine level you were originally after.

Don't waist your time and money. The customer service was awful they were rude and looked like they didn't want to be there. I ordered a caramel frappe. Got a cup of milk and whip cream! I should have gone back and told them but thought it'll be a waste of my time. Never ever going there again!
