I gave them a second chance and today I watched them take a dirty personal cup covered in lipstick, put a spoon inside to scoop out whipped cream, and then put that EXACT spoon BACK in the milk they were frothing for other customers. I work at Satellite healthcare around the corner from this spot .So when I order though my app. My order is always on time , breakfast nice and warm. Drink on point! The staff is so humble and kind! Keep up the good work! Please give your staff a nice raise for this new year!! ? They deserve it!Parking: Feel safe to park.
Took forever. Running late and made even later cuz the staff was lagging and slow as hell. Not sure where the usual guys were that have my drink ready by the time I walk in the door.

I have gone to this Starbucks for 14 years and I will never go again because of the new manager. An absolute horrible manager and she should NEVER be in a position of leadership! Her customer service skills are atrocious!! She can't even do her job. Who has heard of a coffee shop that has no coffee made?

So I go in today not busy three works I already have a familiar idea how there services is sometimes it a hit or miss this time it’s a miss I ordered 5 drinks total they miss one and tell me to order the last one when I’m like? doesn’t sound right but no big deal but then when I get home give my kids there hot chocolate there’s no whipped cream no chocolate syrup like in the picture it’s advertising the same with the chestnut and caramel winter special drinks so horrible I should have just hand it at home ?♂️ totally unsatisfactory don’t get me started on the fact it taste water down is the icing on the cake. Not recommending I try and try to give this place a second third forth chance they always let me down.

Supervisor or lead working at 12:20pm is lazy. Most Starbucks I go to are willing to do a pour over light roast at this time but they weren't willing to do it here because they "don't have the staff for it". It's Monday lunch time and 3 employees working neither is it super crowded lol. Thanks not coming back here again shout-out to their lead for being lazy.

Place is usually busy, but I didn't have to wait in line. More people waiting for their drinks. I did have to wait longer for my drink. They also don't call out your name so didn't know when it was ready. The cashier did hand deliver my pastry. Table was a little dirty.

I swear this Starbucks is the only Starbucks that stays consistent with the service and flavors or my drinks! I travel alot for work and use 100000 different Starbucks, some are good, others terrible, but this one always does it right. I love you evergreen Starbucks! Don't change! EVER! Lol

The few times I have gone to this location, it is always clean and the staff is literally always working on getting the drinks out in a timely manner. What made me write this review was the Barista/Cashier Denise! As soon as I walked in she had a smile on her face and she was so enthusiastic! She totally changed my mood! She was super sweet and made sure my order was correct before charging me. She literally made my day with her smile! The drinks were great and the hot sandwich I got was delicious! (Not to mention, she had double checked in the back to make sure we had it, instead of just telling me "we ran out") I really appreciated it!
Getting my morning fixed at my best coffee shop the coffee is sooooo good I love coming to this location they never let me down my coffee's come out the way I love them to and I really appreciate the staff there all kind and work hard and very very humble workers

There were 3 employees and no other customers when we arrived. It took a while for anyone to take our orders. The 2 girls couldn't be bothered because they were obviously deep into their conversation. Although, when I told the young man the drink I wanted, one of the girls was quick to interject to let me know that my drink wasn't available that day. She didn't say sold out or out of stock. She just said they won't have that drink until tomorrow. Weird right? Anyway, turns out they did have it and he just had to bring out a refill from the back. The two girls were very much giving attitude and rude, lazy vibes. The experience wasn't great. I ended up ordering a strawberry crème Frappuccino earlier around 3:58. It was during my break time. I didn’t had time to say anything since I was walking to work during my break. I ended up ordering that and extra strawberry pure, 4 scoops of strawberries and toasted cookie crumble topping. Towards strawberry pure I’m not complaining the only fact is they forgot to add in my 4 scoops of Strawberry’s and my toasted cookie crumple. What I was thinking isn’t the scoops of strawberries supposed to be the dry strawberries or they blended the strawberries? I drank the whole thing but didn’t saw the strawberries and the caramel crunch. I also thought that the caramel crunch will be on the top of the whip cream or inside but I didn’t taste it. I’m just disappointed that I didn’t receive those two because I pay for them and didn’t had time to say anything because I went back to work. If they ran out of the ingredients that’s fine but they should’ve gave me a heads up or wrote a peace of paper on it that they didn’t put it in. So that I can request something else in side my drink or refund me on the drink or only on the toppings that I ordered.
