Starbucks is reliable as always. What I was impressed by was that the breakfast sandwich they gave me was actually piping hot, instead of just warm, like most other Starbucks tend to give me. The staff were also quite friendly. Not just to me, but everyone else that came in as well.
The only downside is that it wasn’t the easiest place to find. The parking lot you can use to park there is tucked around behind a Five Guys. Definitely worth visiting, though!

Asked for a ised latte single shot skimmed milk, got one with 3 shots which I didn’t want so left without my coffee. Usually they offer to make it right not these ladies. No customer service whatsoever.

Decided to try the Starbucks next to 5 guys. Parking was limited but the also is parking behind the store. I was greeted as I walked in. Simple layout with marked handicap tables. Staff friendly and quick. My drink was perfect. I cam back a second time when the weren't as busy and the staff was even more friendlier than before. Very kind and curtious, bathrooms were updated and met all ADA standards. Perfect place for a Starbucks fix. A good place to meet neighbors and friends

The restaurant is very spacious and clean. The service I received was amazing, even offering me a better deal for my Starbucks Rewards to save me money. I recommend this spot for anyone craving their coffee.

This is the third time my drink was not as usual. Today, I retrieved my drink at 12:13p.
Update- I went back, and they did it again. They gave me regular mocha instead of White Mocha. I simply asked for a venti coffee with 4 pumps of White Mocha. It was purposely done, and it's okay🙏🏼

district manager took every charger out. and theres no toilet paper in the bathroom. this store makes thousands of dollars a day and cant provide toilet paper. just a couple blondies servin drinks with no knowledge of the area. poor excuse for what this place used to be

The unfinished look feels just that.. unfinished. The drinks, however, were great.
Seems like they make up their own hours. It was a busy day on the alameda this morning. I went around 9:30am to grab a drink at this location and was told they are getting ready to close and will reopen in an hour? No signs on the doors warning people of different hours for the day. There was a race this morning on the street so you’d think they’d want the foot traffic. Only coffee shop I know that didn’t want to serve people coffee still in the morning. So my husband and I grabbed takeout breakfast from the pancake place next door and walked up the street to a local coffee shop instead

Good and beverages ok... But it feels like another coffee shop. The barista didn't even ask for my name and looked so bother taking my order. The places was empty, the staff was chatting and they seemed bothered when they had to pause and take my order. Those kind of details make the difference.

My info says this location closed permanently on April 1, 2024. I surmise Starbucks closed it down for 2 reasons: the neighborhood is not safe and Starbucks was forced to close their restroom to the public and removed all interior furniture. And, this location's employees had voted to unionize. Buh-bye to this location.

Can only do take out since it looks like they took away all the tables for the second time in a row now. The employees say its due to remodeling, but I suspect they don't want homeless people staying inside. Luckily that is not an issue with Peets just across the street.
