My info says this location closed permanently on April 1, 2024. I surmise Starbucks closed it down for 2 reasons: the neighborhood is not safe and Starbucks was forced to close their restroom to the public and removed all interior furniture. And, this location's employees had voted to unionize. Buh-bye to this location.

Can only do take out since it looks like they took away all the tables for the second time in a row now. The employees say its due to remodeling, but I suspect they don't want homeless people staying inside. Luckily that is not an issue with Peets just across the street.

Every drink here tastes like it was burnt to a crisp. The blonde roast is the best option they have, but even that tastes awful. I think I'm done going to Starbucks. The convenience is just not worth that lack of quality and the garbage taste.
I am very big with interior decorating and this location needs to be more inviting. It also does not help that the cashier who initially helped me and my friend was sucking on a lollipop while talking to us. My friend ordered her drink and told the cashier that it was her birthday and the cashier told her to download the app. While my friend was downloading the app, we let the people behind us go first. After my friend finished downloading the app, we went back to the register and another cashier was there. After my friend placed her order, she then let that cashier know that it is her birthday and that she'd love to get her free drink. My friend pulled up the barcode and the cashier told her that that was only for stars. I do not use the app too often nor do I go and get my birthday drink so I had no idea how to help her. What should have happened is the cashier explaining and helping my friend how to get her birthday drink. I then let the cashier know that I will pay for it and that I would also like to order a drink and 2 food items for my me and my friend. My friend's drink came out first along with our food items. I waited at least 10 minutes and realized that everybody else who ordered after us were getting their order so I went up to the barista to ask for mine and he stated that there was only 1 drink item. I let him know that we ordered 2 drinks and 2 food items. He was attentive and made my drink right away.Overall, this location needs some work with the ambiance and service.

I came in to pick up $35 dollars worth of coffee. I asked to use their restroom and was informed there isn't one for customers. I've never seen that before. If I am buying an $8 coffee for myself along with the other orders I would expect some basic hospitality. Never returned to a sit down place either. They want your money and you out the door as quickly as possible. That's fine for a lot of people but just know that ahead of time. I'm not particularly a fan of Peet's Coffee flavor but they have a location across the street and they were kind enough to let me use their bathroom. Just saying.

Very bad experience! I was refused to use restroom. I asked the guy if I can use the restroom and he told me restroom is closed . The store was opened for business and restroom was closed I didn’t get it? This is the first time any Starbucks employee denied me from using restroom! I felt like he was lying to me, because he said there’s restroom but it close! This happened to me in the morning at 11:15 am on Thursday 08/24/2023!
