extra charges appeared and still a cup size down. did the prices skyrocket overnight or what????? will reach 10 bucks soon for a single drink and still 40% filled with ice
I sent the following message to Starbucks Customer Service this morning, but honestly, today was such a terrible day. It’s really disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite stores.the staff there are usually so kind and provide great service.
Dear Starbucks Customer Service,
I’m writing to report a very disappointing experience that occurred today11/6, at your store located at 854 Blossom Hill Road, San Jose, CA 95123.
I arrived at the store at 2:00 a.m. to line up for the release of the Barista Cup. The day before, I had visited the same store and spoke with a man named Ryan, who appeared to be the manager. He told me that only 2 Barista Cups would be available and that they would be placed on the shelf. Based on this information, I decided to come early and wait 3 hours before opening.
Around 4:30 a.m, Ryan and 2 female employees arrived. One of the women, wearing a red jacket and glasses, took 2 Barista Cups and a Hello Kitty Boxed Plush from the display shelf and brought them to the register.
When the store opened at 4:50 a.m, I immediately went to the counter. Ryan and the same woman acted as if nothing had happened and asked, “How can I help you?” When I told them I wanted to purchase the Barista Cup that had just been on the shelf, Ryan replied that it was **“sold out.”**
This made no sense, as I was first in line and had been waiting since 2:00 a.m. I explained the situation to both of them, but Ryan responded in an irritated tone, saying, “We only got two, and I don’t know when we’ll get more.”
The items were supposed to be sold on a first come, first served basis, yet the employees used their position to take the products before the store opened. The woman even left her purse at the register, which makes me believe she might have been on the clock and abandoned her duties to prioritize personal shopping.
Starbucks is known for its excellent service and customer care, which is why this experience was so disappointing.
Is this the kind of employee conduct and training that Starbucks supports?

I have honestly been coming to this Starbucks over 10 plus years. Everything is amazing about this Starbucks. The workers are amazing, kind and sweet. Great vibes and energy at this location. The problem is when “Ryan” is working a shift. This man is always so serious. Very rude when he speaks to people. Does not make you feel comfortable to even ask for anything to be honest. Always gives the energy that he dislikes his job. Seems to just come in to get the paycheck but does not like to deal with customers. The only time I saw him smiling was when some hire ups were at this location.

I was standing there at 6:42 in the morning on 1-19-25 trying to get a hot chocolate and and a Blueberry muffin There was A girl behind the counter on her phone and there was a girl cleaning in front , but nobody noticed me So I just left. They should be trained to do better customer service.
I got the worst espresso I've ever had that I didn't personally make. And the music is LOUD. I'm sure other people are okay with it but I only come cause its close to my house

"Known for Wi-Fi availability"? Where?? No wifi here for the last week.
Plenty of table space with outdoor seating and quick coffee. Significantly improved and a good place to chill at casually.

I had Angie take my order and I love getting her. She is the nicest ever and very sweet! She knows what she is doing. She always has a smile and such a amazing person to have and see when I need my coffee fix as she is the only one who seems to always be smile and never get annoyed at someone who may take a minute or two to order. I hope they do not lose her as she is the only reason I still go to this location as I've had nothing but disrespectful attitudes and more happen. So if you see this Angie you are amazing and thank you for being a amazing human and your customer service is the best!

I love the people who work there
the cashier was very friendly and the store was very clean however the barista was a bit rude. overall good place to get some work done and plenty of parking
