Today was really busy at Starbucks because they had a special for the drinks! I ordered on the mobile app and my drinks were there when I arrived. I was very impressed because there were only 3-4 employees making coffee and about 20 drinks were already out on the counter. I got a Venti Iced Pistachio Latte with 3 petite vanilla scones and my mom got a Iced Venti Vanilla Latte. The atmosphere was very relaxing and there were a lot of people in the store. I highly recommend this Starbucks if you're in the area!

I want to give this review because it's well deserved for this location 854 Blossom Hill Rd. amazing. Such an awesome greeting in the morning always by Angelina. I come here every morning around 9 AM. She already knows my order put it in and I'm ready at the register to pay I'm telling the welcoming the way they make you feel when you come in the greeting, also, how quickly your drink is made and how friendly everyone is here. It's nice to be greeted and you keep wanting to come back well deserved five star review to the crew at 854 Blossom Hill Rd. thank you Angelina for greeting me every morning when I come in you really make me feel great. Thanks for all you guys do all your hard work.

Ive given this starbucks multiple tries and everytime its been a disappointment. They can never get my order correctly. I never complain about stuff but its to the point that they have not once gotten my drink correctly.

Wow! I have visited this location 3 times for their breakfast. Had pleasant experiences the first two times with great service and professional staff. Then today I interacted with an employee I seen for the first time. The only one in the front not wearing an apron and as I waited to be greeted. "Alexis" walked up to the cash registrar and stared at me. Then she raised her eyebrows at me insinuating I should start speaking. Then she said "are you gonna order" with a tone as if I was doing something wrong and a look of distaste on her face. I said excuse me is that how you greet people. She went silent again and just stared at me. Despite her energy, lack of professionalism and nasty look she was giving telling me to leave. I ordered my food. She then gave me my change (cash) wiped her nose with her hand and prepped my food without using and gloves. I did not even say anything at that point because clearly this girl was raised in a barn and addressing her lack of food handling safety would not suffice. Shame management here would have somebody with this lack of care for the brands reputation greeting and communicating with paying customers.

Customer service is terrible. Have been a few times when they closed earlier than store hours. Very slow staff nobody seems to care. Coffe also isn't great and many items are just loaded with sugar - watch out for diabetes

I had Angie take my order and I love getting her. She is the nicest ever and very sweet! She knows what she is doing. She always has a smile and such a amazing person to have and see when I need my coffee fix as she is the only one who seems to always be smile and never get annoyed at someone who may take a minute or two to order. I hope they do not lose her as she is the only reason I still go to this location as I've had nothing but disrespectful attitudes and more happen. So if you see this Angie you are amazing and thank you for being a amazing human and your customer service is the best!

This Starbucks is consistent! Friendly staff, clean, and usually pretty fast. There is plenty of parking in the plaza.
I am a stock holder in the company. I always live stopping by Starbucks. They just changed their hours and you can not get a coffee after 6:30. Bad decision.

This was the most racist Starbucks I've ever encountered! I came with my mom and sister and the server looked at us with such disgust that I was appalled and traumatized because she was so rude and nasty. I had to call Starbucks because this was unacceptable in ever way! My mom and my sister were so hurt by the treatment! The crazy thing is that I told people around the area and they were NOT surprised by the racism I encountered at this Starbucks.

The service here is really hit or miss, I don't think the staff is all that friendly. I'm guessing they have problems with people stealing mobile order drinks, because they don't have them customer-facing, so you always have to ask them for your pickup order. Most of the time I'm there they don't call the mobile drinks out anyway, so it's kind of annoying to have to keep watching the pickup area. On the flip side, I've never had any major issues with my order accuracy or pick up time, just wish they were a little more friendly here.

This store is larger than many.. Lots of indoor seating. The cool servers like to make frequent haircolor changes..It's a fun surprise see what color or unique haircut. Seriously though, they are super fast and super professional
