I can’t be the only one that the cashier keeps not getting in the correct order. They gave me something else and coffee looked like crap.

It wanted to order an Iced Water and the barista at the cashier told me I couldn't order it without ordering something else. Due to medical issues I wasn't able to eat anything there, Id assume I'd pay the 25 cents for the water like in other places. Then she never put my order in, and I had to wait over 20 min to get my water. Good atmosphere but Id recommend not ordering here it seems they don't know what they are doing.

On Christmas day, this was the only Starbucks open partially. We ordered peppermint hot chocolate. Firstly he made us wait for very long time (understood that crowd was heavy). Ultimately when we go the order it was only milk, no hot chocolate. Not sure how the guys who were working on Christmas were responsible enough or not

Messed up EVERY SINGLE ONE of my 4 drinks. I said no berries and i got BERRIES and my drink was CHUNKY from the milk. we also got a peppermint mocha blended and they gave us it ICED,then they gave us HOT chocolate when we asked for chocolate milk. Lastly we asked for a strawberry acai lemonade no berries and got a strawberry acai WATER with BERRIES, NEVER AGAIN IM GOING. 0/5

My thirteen year old niece tried to use the bathroom here (after I made a drive thru purchase). They refused her and demanded she make a purchase first. Disgusting. She’s a child

I only go here if someone is treating. I cannot rationalize spending so much on coffee. Lots of choices and that's nice.

Walked into Starbucks.. they’re not welcoming except the person after me and said “how can I help you”? with an attitude and before that cash register was on they’re on their phone and gossiping with their co workers that’s no work related before taking my order and laughing rather then doing their job and help me as a customer, wasting my time… unprofessional.. Waiting long with my child.
And later came back, associated with the manager if I could have a water because it was hot outside and I already brought coffee a couple hours ago and he said no I have to make a purchase again… So rude, makes me concerned if they even have professional training for customer service and hospitality I guess not, they don’t deserve to have a job if they’re not professional and respectful to customers.

I’m here right now, been here for the last 20 minutes in the drive thru, horrible experience and it made me late.

The drive thru is a bit of a mess. It took 15 minutes and none of my order was right. Not even in a ‘close enough I’ll just drink it’ kind of way and pretty sure it wasn’t someone else’s order since it was sort of correct just made wrong. Just kind of annoying all around.
I got jumped by 3 dogs and Larry the Starbucks server saved my life
