This is the closest Starbucks to my job and everytime I place my mobile order at least 10 minutes in advance before leaving my house I arrive and my order is on order status screen as ready but is never ready hasn't even started making. Obviously the employees are just avoiding repercussions for delayed timeframe between orders. Very frustrating!

Was charged for an extra drink, and I had to go back and ask for a refund. I was made to wait longer than necessary for a cake pop. Last time visiting this location.

Xavier is an excellent hard worker. He is always working doing something. Whether cleaning tables, mopping or cleaning windows. Hes very pleasant and is a great barista.
I ordered from the app and I went to wait inside so I saw the lady make the order I thought it was not my order because I ordered an extra pump for the syrup but she did the regular amount of it and then she went to check the order sticker and she added extra short of coffee and that moment I knew that my order 😞 she supposed to check first and make not like make then check 👎

my drink has been wrong the last 5 times i’ve gone here and everyone is so rude. this is the closest starbucks to me but that this point im okay with it closing down

did starbucks make mandatory to order any food inorder to sit there and browse internet? Please avoid this place .. the girls treat you very badly ,.. never had this experience on any of the starbucks across the globe .. please avoid going to this place .. people are in the counter are toxic ..

“In all the years I’ve been going to Starbucks, I’ve never had an issue ordering a tall latte in a grande cup just to have a bit of extra room for milk—not extra coffee. Every other location has always been accommodating. However, at the Story Rd location, I was told I’d have to pay for a grande and still receive the amount of espresso in a tall. That was the first time I’ve ever encountered this.”

Here's to another GREAT BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE! I want to personally that my batista Andrew for making the best customized birthday drink! I visit a lot of Starbucks, but on my birthday, this 1080 S. White Rd, location has never disappointed! Today being my birthday I went in to get my birthday treat, and had tge pleasure of Andrew making my drink, not only did he make it as I requested, he made it with a smile, and perfectly! Andrew if you have the chance to see this, your amazing, you were very thoughtful, and made the best birthday drink ever! Andrew was fast, fun, and friendly! So much so that I notified customer@ rustancoffee.ph, and left them a little note on how employees should All be like Andrew, and how he made my birthday that much more special! Special shout out to Andrew keep up the good work, you are what makes a difference, and I thank you for that! Here's to the Story Road Location for doing wonderful, and making my birthday that much more special! A+ experience....GREAT JOB ANDREW!!!

I went in today and order a crème frappe and the barista gave me a regular frappe. I told her politely she had given me a regular frappe with coffee in it and she got mad and started giving me attitude . Once she was done with it she just tossed it in the table and didn’t even apologize. Bad service! I was just saying my drink was not right and I clearly paid for it too, I didn’t get her name but she had dark/brown hair and had a brownish shirt. Another employee also said people like to complain on purpose he was a guy wearing glasses. I’m sorry but that’s not the case if my food/beverage is not the way it’s supposed to be I will ask for it to be done right. This is not a reason for you to get mad.

Worked here for a bit, the manager (Irma) is constantly threatening her baristas creating a toxic environment. I know the equipment hasn't been deep cleaned in over a year. There is mold in many places if you know where to look. She will not help customers if there is a problem, as can be seen in other posts, leading to more problems down the line. Overall so stressful it negatively impacted my physical and mental health. I'm sorry for everyone there for the horrible manager.
