Here's to another GREAT BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE! I want to personally that my batista Andrew for making the best customized birthday drink! I visit a lot of Starbucks, but on my birthday, this 1080 S. White Rd, location has never disappointed! Today being my birthday I went in to get my birthday treat, and had tge pleasure of Andrew making my drink, not only did he make it as I requested, he made it with a smile, and perfectly! Andrew if you have the chance to see this, your amazing, you were very thoughtful, and made the best birthday drink ever! Andrew was fast, fun, and friendly! So much so that I notified customer@ rustancoffee.ph, and left them a little note on how employees should All be like Andrew, and how he made my birthday that much more special! Special shout out to Andrew keep up the good work, you are what makes a difference, and I thank you for that! Here's to the Story Road Location for doing wonderful, and making my birthday that much more special! A+ experience....GREAT JOB ANDREW!!!

I went in today and order a crème frappe and the barista gave me a regular frappe. I told her politely she had given me a regular frappe with coffee in it and she got mad and started giving me attitude . Once she was done with it she just tossed it in the table and didn’t even apologize. Bad service! I was just saying my drink was not right and I clearly paid for it too, I didn’t get her name but she had dark/brown hair and had a brownish shirt. Another employee also said people like to complain on purpose he was a guy wearing glasses. I’m sorry but that’s not the case if my food/beverage is not the way it’s supposed to be I will ask for it to be done right. This is not a reason for you to get mad.

Worked here for a bit, the manager (Irma) is constantly threatening her baristas creating a toxic environment. I know the equipment hasn't been deep cleaned in over a year. There is mold in many places if you know where to look. She will not help customers if there is a problem, as can be seen in other posts, leading to more problems down the line. Overall so stressful it negatively impacted my physical and mental health. I'm sorry for everyone there for the horrible manager.

I go to this location frequently. However Sunday evening, I visited this location and I was very disappointed with closing staff. With the exception of the red hair ponytail young lady who was extremely nice. Management here is terrible. We did move some tables and chairs since we were a party of 12. We were told we could not move them, so we put them back how they were. 8:00 came around and no one ever said anything about closing soon. 8:00 comes, and they just turned the lights off. We did not know they closed at 8:00 on Sunday, but we just realize what is going on. The fact that the staff could not say anything and rudely just turned off the lights just like that, says too much about their service, not in a good way.

It's a wonderful place, it was my very 1st time but it was a really amazing experience for me. Mark is a really fantastic personality. I placed a mobile order for a venti Caramel ribbon crunch with oatmilk. I waited 35 minutes, there was a mess at the pick up area, my name showed as ready but they hadn't processed my order at all. They didn't have whipped cream(very usual out of stock) plus they made my frappe with whole milk. This doesn't look or taste like ribbon crunch frappe at all. Very disappointing.
