Worst Starbucks drive thru ever. Slow like crazy. Once you are the station it took few minutes for someone to acknowledge and to tell most of their product is already sold out.
Recently moved into the neighborhood and I’m trying to figure out my go to Starbucks and this one seems to be the winner.
I try to leave my place around 5:00am and this Starbucks is open bright and early!!! Seems like they are open earlier than most Starbucks in San Jose. That’s great!!!
I’ve never used mobile pick up through drive thru until this week and decided to try it since it’s more convenient than getting out of the car. It has been great!!! The employees who I’ve encountered here bright and early have been wonderful too!!! Thank you!!!
I think I found my go to Starbucks!!!!

I ordered ahead a venti chai latte extra hot, and a cheese danish. I get there as I am rushing to get to work. When I arrive for my pick up.. my drink is sitting on the counter, out in the open (no stopper to keep my extra hot drink hot) and my cheese danish is on the opposite side of the drink. I gather my items and leave. Get to my car and noticed a large bite was already taken out of my danish! I was so upset. When I go back in to get a refund, I am met with the worker who is not apologetic at all. The store in my opinion is not clean, they don’t take any pride in the way the product is coming out and the customer service is horrible. He didn’t offer to make a new drink or anything complimentary nothing !!! I’ll never go back to this location. The store wasn’t even busy and there were two workers there so there was help. Seems like he cared more about his eyeshadow being perfect than the customer being happy.

Great place to buy coffee- nice staff
One of the best Starbucks locations in San Jose. They are consistent with the quality of their drinks, fast timing and kind service. It’s been my go to spot and will continue to stay that way!

This starbucks is usually hit or miss. High chance of having long lines or a 20+ minute wait. Occasionally super fast. My drinks have come out great each time though. If you're in a rush, I'd try another location because this one may be busy. I only come here if I'm not in a rush.

Starbucks as always is a convenient spot for a quick coffee break, especially if you’re running errands nearby. The location is clean and well-maintained, with a friendly staff that keeps things moving smoothly even during busy hours. Seating is somewhat limited but cozy, making it a nice stop for a quick sip or a brief meeting. As always, Starbucks’ menu is diverse and consistent, offering everything from classic coffees to seasonal favorites. It's a handy spot for a reliable coffee fix right next to Home Depot.

The staff on shift this morning do things the right way. And, when there is a mistake, I observe it is corrected before it becomes a thing consuming your time. Professionals.

Ordered green tea and was then asked by the barista: “do you want it black?”I then reminded the barista that I was ordering tea, not coffee (it was 8pm), to which the barista laughed and then followed up with: “yeah, so then black?”Folks, this is all you need to know about this location. Anyway, here’s to reforming our education system! ?? ? ? ☕️

Great outdoor seating on the shady side of the building. Coffee was good. They said that they would bring our coffee out but didn’t.
