I am so up set. I am aware that my cup needs to be cleaned. I just bought a cup from Starbucks and they refused to use my cup because of the left over water on the bottom of the cup from me cleaning it. I was charged for a venti and was not told. So I decided to go to the bathroom to clean it, once again. I did infact tell her that I was going to go clean it AGAIN and she said okay. Once I am finished I give her my cup and she says that she can't take it and she did not give me my discount. Why would I buy a cup and not use it. That is the whole point of paying for a couple that is not cheap. I did not catch her name but she was about 5'4 with dark brown hair and is build heavy. I noticed that everyone in there had a bad attitude. I also watch as they gave a mother with her daughter a hard time over something. Overall, I got a refund and went to a different location. They should have just fix my order because now they had to throw away what they made for me. They thought process is pointless. I don't know if she wanted to look all bossy and push people around but that was the worst customer service.

When I ask for light ice but my cup was half full of ice😡! I usually won't complain but $6.00 for 2 sips so I had to but even worse when they couldn't satisfy the customer?? And said manager is in meeting?? Worse customer service. I showed them all the ice in cup and couldn't apologize for their mistake!

Practically every time I go in there the employees are chatting and barely working. They take a long time to make the drinks because they are so busy talking to each other. The last time I was in there, I was the only one there. I noticed that it took several minutes before the girl making the drinks even started and it was not because she was busy with anything else related to the business. They need to stop chatting so much in front of customers and show that they are working as efficiently as possible. I hope to see a change in the future. Thank you.

The WORST experience ever! Ordered via the app, said the order would be done at 423pm.... 20min later I still don't have the 2 drinks I ordered. Numerous customers are upset. Then finally get order and it isn't even right. Total joke!

Service great at the counter, a couple off days for the barista. But still good, uniform with other stores. No outdoor seating, it's a smaller location.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair parking, but I didn't find a ramp at that end of the sidewalk, so had help over the curb. Door is fine, so scout it out from the car 1st.

I found an emptied salt packet in my drink after I finished it. I mobile ordered my drink so it was probably out for a few minutes and I’m not sure if it was put in my drink or if it fell in while my drink was being made. Regardless, it’s still gross to find articles in a drink that don’t belong.
